Great stay for a decent price

Property itself was nice. We arrived late in the evening and were told we didn’t need to place a parking pass in our vehicle because it was so late and the employee on duty said they wouldn’t tow. When we went to leave the next morning I asked for a receipt to show we had a “zero” balance due to a hold for incidentals. The rude lady at the desk told me she couldn’t give me a receipt because I booked with Expedia. I informed her that I’d stayed at Hilton multiple times and have always received a zero balance folio at checkout. Upon informing her of this she magically produced a receipt and informed me, after telling me we had a zero balance, that all that was charged was for parking. We were never told there was a fee, in fact the lady that checked us in told us we would get our full incidental back when we checked out. The breakfast was also lack luster and employees working it were not helpful. Highly disappointed.

The staff, especially Monica, was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Great stay, very nice employees

The breakfast was typical for a hotel/motel buffet. Facilities were very clean. The room was very comfortable, and was very quiet. I had limited contact with the staff, so can't really expound on that. Overall, my stay was very good. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Florida. Nothing really stands out. It was a good experience.

Great location to be close to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. We did get up for the breakfast so we can’t leave a review on that.

Room was very spacious. The curtain to the side of the bed kept the room dark, which was perfect sleeping conditions. My only complaint was that the refrigerator compressor was loud and woke me up during the night.
