I found cockroaches in the room, please try to stay cleaner.

I checked in at 12:30am and there was no clerk so I slept in my rental car. There was a night bell but no one showed up. The manager told me the next day that there should have been a clerk all night long. He was going to investigate what happened.

Huge, very clean room. Man at front desk was an awesome Gator fan! He was great! Definitely will be back! One minute drive across the street to UF Shands hospital. So convenient! N/a

Very good

Good location They charged a $24 fee for parking without telling me. No where on booking.com does it say they charge for parking. I called and left a message for the GM but never received a call back. I’ve stayed there 5 times this year and was never charged a parking fee.
-
Nice sized room. Some odd looking stains on the couch, could use a good fabric cleaning. Other than that, large bed and very roomy.
-
Manager and others all very helpful. Great location, nice rooms
-
I reserved the room through Booking.com and the price was supposed to be $100 which includes tax. My credit card was charged $124
-
We asked for our room to be cleaned and all they did was leave clean towels and a garbage bag on our TV stand. Breakfast is not good! In the positive it’s very close to UF and Shands

The hotel is nice

Staff was polite & pleasant to chat with, breakfast was good, coffee was ehhhh, rooms were very clean, beds were comfy No way to keep just the FAN on, for quiet noise, so we ended up freezing cause the AC had to run all night! Otherwise, you could hear a pin drop & the other guests. The hallway carpets could really use a good shampooing, lots of stains

Clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly and shuttle service to the airport was convenient. Internet access is a pain, just give free high speed internet!
-
Good breakfast but the trash bins by the elevators weren't cleaned out regularly and therefore smelled a bit funky.
