Went for a weekend getaway with our 1 year old and loved the location of the hotel! Room was super clean and staff was very helpful in providing a pack n play and bringing it up to the room. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is clean and conveniently located near many restaurants and shops.

Opportunities: our toilet flushed really load and ran for a while afterwards. Sink handle was missing the hot/cold indicator. Water was really hot until we figured out needing to turn it all the way to right to get luke warm.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, and perfect view of the lake. So if you are looking for a quick weekend getaway, I would recommend staying here.

Perfect cozying place to stay at anytime

The location is superb except for parking. The hotel is part of a large enclave (the RIO) with lots of restaurants, theaters, shopping, and hotels. There are 2 huge multi-floor marking lots, and outdoor parking, but they are very hard to navigate and park at the wrong time of day. You can spend an hour looking for a place to park. Also, they have Tesla Superchargers, but they are in one of the garages, and while we were there, they were overwhelmed with the number of Teslas seeking a charge. There are no other chargers nearby (3 miles away has some). The hotel itself is great, with a view of the lake and excellent walkability. Expect large crowds on weekends and movie times. It's like walking around NYC.

Most of all the restaurant on property is disappointing. Don’t opt for the ripoff included breakfast, it’s overpriced and limited (id small coffee plus one of two choices on the menu) and there are places right outside the hotel. We were there on the 4th of July and the bar closed for the night.

Check out was prompt and efficient. My room was tidy and well maintained my 3 nights there. Utilize the water pitcher in the lobby, otherwise you could fall in the trap of paying 7$ for a bottle of water. Excellent location.
