She also assigned me to a room where the phone wasn’t working, so I couldn’t call the front desk. When I tried calling from my cell phone, she didn’t answer. I also requested fresh towels because the two towels in my room had hair on them. She told me I had a “standard room,” whatever that means, and said I had enough towels. I had to insist on receiving clean towels since the ones provided were unusable. I originally booked a one-night stay but had to extend it due to renovations at my home. The staff working the following day were much better. They helped me change rooms and were professional and accommodating. I have no complaints about them. I don’t believe one bad employee should reflect on the entire hotel. Aside from my experience with her, my overall stay at the hotel was decent.

There is a charge for parking but there is also free street and parking. I had to extend my stay from the original reservation and the staff was super helpful in getting that done and comped my last day parking.

Really great location, very convenient and the staff were super helpful. Parking was also easily available. It needs some updates, some light switches didn’t work, there could be more lighting. The ice maker in the freezer was malfunctioning and was very loud the last few days.

Wonderful staff, helpful and willing to ho the extra mile, highly recommend.

Everything else - very nice, and I liked the place. The staff was friendly and everything was spotless, no weird smells or anything that I would complain.

The staff is not well trained -- the person at the front desk was a nervous wreck and couldn't focus on helping me for about 10 minutes. Do not recommend this hotel.

Quiet and private secure property

Business center, location. Not enough coffee or creamer in the room for a multi night stay. No ice machine. Coffee not available in the lobby at early morning checkout.

It was a pleasure to be a guest here. The location, the cleanliness and the service were outstanding. The front desk person, Jackie, was especially patient, kind and knowledgeable of the surrounding area attractions.

It was amazing, cozy and breakfast was always great It was cold, the room was freezing us they told they didn’t have any blankets they could give us.

Overall the property is fine, but not what we were looking for. We wanted a little more space or comfort for a long weekend. Unless the property is revamped, we'll likely stay elsewhere next time.

Rooms are worn out time for a remodel. Carpet in room smells bad.

no negatives to say about this hotel. Nothing significant to give it 10/10 either. but it is clean, and staff are good. get rid of the waffle irons at breakfast. they alarm every single morning . just get someone in the kitchen to bring out fresh waffles every 15 minutes
