We were only there for one night and had reserved two non-smoking rooms. One room was fine, but the other one reeked of cigarette smoke even though it was considered a non-smoking room. We asked for a different room and was given one that smelled fresh. The lobby is a bit strange from any other hotel we have stayed out. You feel like you are walking into a back door and I had to wait several minutes for someone to show up at the desk to check in.

The room was spacious, clean, and sufficiently comfortable. The location, close to the Rio Center and the I-270 was quite convenient for my purposes. The main, daytime receptionist is awesome! The big disappointments were the following: (a) The overall appearance of the entrance and reception area looked quite shabby; the door was in disrepair and didn't open properly to comfortably pass through with big luggage, and no help was available. The luggage carts are run-down and do not work properly. And the evening/nighttime reception staff were mostly not visible whenever I arrived; they showed up only after quite some wait time, and there was no way to call them. (b) The kitchen in the room (which for me was the selling point to choose Extended Stay vis-a-vis other hotel options in the area) was not equipped, and kitchen utensils offered for pick-up at the reception were not available when I requested them. Instead, I was told these utensils were an additional service not necessarily included in the room reservation, and I had to wait for other guests to return utensils to get an (incomplete) set for myself. I am wondering why a kitchen is offered when it's not possible to use it immediately upon moving into the room? (c) There was room service for trash collection or towel replacement.

Filthy , Unacceptable , Nasty , and staff was oblivious to the filth , hence the cleanliness problem.

Our original room that we reserved over a year ago was not available on the day we were arriving so they had to change our room to a different one which was fine with me as long as the price did not change. When we arrived at the hotel, the guy at the front desk had trouble getting the machine to work with my credit card and kept trying to tell me I had no money in my account when I showed him. There was money in there. finally, he had to call helpdesk and it turned out. The machine was acting up, and it was nothing to do with our card so that was resolved after a half hour waiting for them to fix it then we get to our room and noticed the floor and the countertops were all dirty and there’s no towels anywhere in the room. You also have to purchase dishes, pans or a toaster if you want to use it which I did not like because other hotels I have stayed at never did that. We had to go down to the office to ask for towels and that took a half hour to get resolved. All we wanted to do was go to bed and get back on the road the next morning. We were not happy with our stay at all. Our room was also by the sode entrance so every time somebody walked in or out the door slammed and it kept us up all night long. I would not recommend this place to anybody with a family.

Great staff

It’s a great place to stay! It’s sad that even for a long stay there is no room service or cleaning, but aside from that it’s very convenient and accessible.

The staff was amazing especially Binuka she was very polite and helpful with accommodating my needs at a short notice five stars for her

Enough parking

I liked everything other than the unfortunate incident that a fire alarm went off and there was a necessary evacuation due to something that happened in the laundry facility. This interfered with my check in for another day

After a very brief stay we left because their were many bugs in our room. Several people there were experiencing the same thing. The front desk person was very unhelpful not just to us but to others. The front desk person told us they did not have bugs bc they had an exterminator go through recently. Obviously this is a known, on going problem.
