Dirty, old, all broken

The room cards did not work, and I had to bring them back to front desk everyday. The front staff gave misleading information regarding the breakfast time. Only limited shampoo was provided and was not sufficient for 3 nights

You could smell heavy smoke even though it was a non smoking room

Very limited staff that are unable to assist with your needs, dead bugs visible inside light fixture in the shower, mold along grout lines in shower, Food on the floor in the laundry area. Laundry services out of order. Guest were loud during late night hours. Banging sounds late at night. Most uncomfortable hotel stay in life. They will not allow refund even if you check out days early. Stay at your own risk

That place is trouble is not clean Everything is not good in that place.

No microwave and tv was messing up other than that I was fine

There was no microwave in the room. The carpet through out this hotel was stained. The furniture in the lobby was stained, tattered and old. The area when coffee was provided, was extremely filthy, and smoking inside the building the room offered me

We stay there because it's only 10 minutes away from my friend's house. It's very quiet place. Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast is also good. Just one thing we asked extra comforter but they don't have extra :(. My elderly parents don't like AC but we can't sleep without AC. Beside that everything is good. We will stay there next time when we come to Rockville. Thanks

The room left a little to be desired. Needs upgrades. Thought the neighbors upstairs were gonna come thru the floor. Pool was shared with the next door motel.

The metal bedframe was sticking out of the bottom of the bed. I would not recommend this hotel

The sheets were dirty. The pillow cases were dirty. The AC was extremely loud. I had to wedge a garbage can to make it quiet down. It was 83° in the hallway of the building. It was UN secure Back Door unsecure front door.

Not the best as pictures describe it… there was a strong wet smell in the hallway, the breakfast was very plain, the pool not taken care of and the front desk was not very helpful with times of it.

I did not like the ants nor the dripping toilet

Comfortable and clean. Demerits only for lack of hand towels, which is unusual in all but the very cheapest motels, and a shower stall that dripped and leaked on the floor. Breakfast was above average.

Need better mattresses on the beds.

Rooms were very old and unkept. The lock system wasn't working and you needed to be escorted to your room but they never asked to check ID before they brought you up to whatever room you asked to go to. The smell in the hallways was unbearable at times. The air conditioning would squeek all night.

On inspection of my room I found that my comforter had blood stains . The sheets had hair on them.
