I was very satisfied with the front desk staff. I had a reservation for a later date and had to come early. The front desk was very helpful in changing my reservation for the day I needed.

The biggest issue during my stay was the internet connection. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, and despite multiple follow-ups with the hotel staff, the problem was never resolved. A stable internet connection is essential for business travel, and this was very disappointing. Another concern was the work environment. I attempted to work from the restaurant/lounge area, but the restaurant staff were consistently loud and showed little consideration for guests who were working. It made it difficult to attend meetings or concentrate. I also found some of the staff to be unfriendly and not particularly responsive when concerns were raised. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations. Between the unreliable internet, lack of a business-friendly environment, and the unfriendly customer service, I would not recommend this hotel to business travelers or anyone looking for a comfortable place to work during their stay.

Decent place, good enough. It needs updating for sure, and it seems that the employees in the restaurant hate their job.

Excellent

Was just a single overnight stay. No issues or problems to note.

Room was dirty

Nice location! Safe parking and area! High quality bedding, comfortable bed! Only thing we don’t like that it’s the shower tube is too small to feel little bit narrower than the regular size.

The rooms are very dated and not worth it for the same price as other updated hotels in the area. I’d put it on par with a motel6 at a higher price. Not worth it

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They kindly allowed an early check-in for our convenience, and the overall service was excellent. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return

Easy access to the surrounding area of Rockville/Gaithersburg $15 dollars for parking in an unsecured open lot, which would have been free anywhere else in the US. I selected the property because it wasn't in the heart of the downtown to avoid parking cost. The breakfast was poor quality. You pay $22 dollars for eggs, potatoes, and sausage. $4 dollars for coffee (no lobby coffee), and $3 dollars for toast. The sausage was very small (3 pieces) and overcooked, like it had been cooked early in the morning. For what you expect at a Sheraton, the prices did not live up to the value. The tubs were small as well. I'm a short guy and I found myself having to angle myself just to stand in the tub for shower. I probably could have overlooked some of this, but adding the $15 dollars a day for the parking, which you could tell that they had no real enforcement mechanize either (didn't provided passes), set my initial experience. Felt like getting nickeled and dime for poor quality. I could have gone to Best Western for the same price (free breakfast and parking) for the same price.
