The hosts were very friendly and breakfast was delicious. They gave us a dinner recommendation when we arrived and everything was very comfortable and casual and welcoming. I will say that from the direction we came, the sign was a bit past the driveway so we had to turn around and re-locate it. The driveway entrance is very easy to miss.

Location to downtown The accommodations were not as shown online. We did not end up staying because of the misrepresentations and did not feel like it was clean.

We had such a wonderful time and slept like babies! Cass was extremely sweet and took good care of us! We will definitely be going back there asap!

Hosts were wonderful and very kind. Truly tried to make you feel at home. Not far from Main Street. Air conditioner didn’t work second night we were there. Very old and not updated. Very clean but everything is very old and parts looked dirty because of its age. Stains on carpets were not appealing. Overall satisfied with our stay. If you like charm and old then you will enjoy this place.

Not knowing what to expect, I showed up around 6pm a day early ( I mis booked 11-14 instead of 10-13) and just walked in. Instantly the hosts were able to adjust my booking at no cost and have my room ready in 30 minutes. The room was very charming, as well as the open and friendly accommodations throughout the house (the upstairs front porch is an absolute must. grab some coffee or tea and enjoy the relaxing ambiance). Hotel breakfast? forget that and instead enjoy a much more pleasant home cooked meal in the company of others! I was the only one there my first couple of days, and had a 4am flight the last day when it was fully booked so missed the full capacity breakfast experience. Regardless, the hosts were still fantastic company and kept me with plenty to talk about while getting ready for the day! Truly an unforgettable stay compared to any hotel I've ever been to. Whenever I find the time, I 100% plan to go back for a peaceful retreat. do yourself a favor and check it out!!!!!

Rugs were very dirty

The hosts were great. The coffee was waiting for me at 6 am. The breakfast was delicious! I called it biscuits and gravy but it was more like french tost lol we had some great laughs. I will plan another trip here in the future. Downtown Galena is really neat. We checked out some hiking trails and had a blast.
