Breakfast was good, staff were wonderful. I would love to see grab rails in the shower, and more places to hang wet towels. Bathroom was in good condition. Beds were nicely made up. One mattress (near the door, room 424) was starting to deteroriate from hard use.

It has like a water theme in the pool area for kids. Should consider having a hour or two restricted to adults only because of seniors would like to use the pool and the hot tub also without a bunch of children..

I don’t know how this hotel has a high rating. The room had an odor as soon as we opened the door. The bathroom is old and falling apart. There were stains on the bed comforter. We could hear everyone’s shower or bathroom being used. There was a periodic knocking in the walls. At one point I thought it might be an animal but I think it was plumbing. The door to go outside was not locked.

The hotel is conveniently located in this beautiful small town. Our room were spacious clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and Service is excellent, We really enjoy our stay.

We couldn’t get a handicap room and no help getting accessories needed to accommodate handicap person.

I like the room The breakfast could have been better. Maybe a muffin or danish on the weekend when the prices go way up. I read in the lobby quiet time at 10:00pm. I don’t think the people that were in the lobby or wherever they were at 11:00 read that
