Very comfortable stay

Nothing to say. Everything was perfect

Clean room with nice amenities. Wish there was a pool area for tanning.

This was a lovely hotel with a beautiful garden area and lake in the back of the property. After coming back from touring, we'd sit out on the deck looking at the lake.

Front desk check in was rude on 3 occasions

Loved the location in between Downtown Galena and Dubuque so you could partake in both communities. Suite was a very nice size. Only additional suggestions would be to have an extra chair and or desk to sit at. Pool was marvelous. Lounge was fantastic and flatbreads were delicious. We will be back.

Comfortable stay. We enjoyed the breakfast and the pool was relaxing. Staff was attentive and kind.

Overall our stay was great. The night manager Gillian (spelling)? was very helpful and the bartender Skyler was very outgoing . The cleaning staff all treated us very well. My partner and I enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the place.

Property was clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was decent but ran out of a lot of items. Pool was okay but would’ve been nice to have a pool and hot tub outside as well. Nice location, easy to get to.

I like the pool that was clean and big. I also like the fitness area which was also clean. I like the outdoor patio. The room smelled damp and the carpet smelled dirty. The bed was not comfortable at all. It was lumpy.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I definitely would stay here again!

Galena is a great long weekend visit. Only negative is cell service is really bad. Makes it a little tough to navigate around. You will have to learn to read maps again. Would stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious which was perfect since our daughter is in a wheelchair. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel w/ a good breakfast for the price. Beautiful wrap around porch in the back - great place to reset.

Good accommodations but not great. Service was wonderful. Poor small tv and channel selection was below average.

Lots of breakfast food choices each day. The staff kept the food plentiful each day. Everything was neatly stored and easily assessable. All surfaces were clean, dish bins cleared quickly and promptly. My husband at checkout told the clerk our room had a slightly musty smell, perhaps due to a recent carpet shampooing. The clerk told us that several rooms had been done and the matter would be taken care of. He was very courteous during our whole stay. We plan to stay there again in the near future.
