Comfort Suites Gallup East Route 66 and I-40

Easy parking right off the highway, close to everything, cozy rooms that were well insulated enough to not hear road noise OR fireworks on the 4th.

Fantastic tribute to veterans on the bottom floor! Worth staying there just for that. And very convenient right by I-40

Nice rooms for family. Safe. Breakfast is good. Check in staff super friendly. Swimming pool small but indoors and nice. Lots of parking around.

Very clean, great place to stay in Gallup - had stayed at another hotel there, not good at all. This was a wonderful experience.

Room was spacious, clean and quite. Bathroom was spacious also. I had an accessible shower and the water was hot with great pressure. Bathroom floor, shower floor and the attached seat in the shower can all be slippery when wet. They do also have a free standing shower chair. I used a washcloth to sit on, on the attached bench so I wouldn't slip. There was no bathmat for when you get out of the shower so I used a towel. Just a heads up, when I stayed there were lots of people staying with dogs. There were a few rooms around mine with dogs. Which I did not hear until the morning when someone was out in the hall with their barking dog. So if that bothers you ask for a room that is not near where they allow dogs. I don't blame this on the property it is on the owner of the dog. 10/10 would recommend. Would stay again.

Safe location and well lit parking lot. Dirt area next door to let the dogs roam around.

Property was very clean, and staff was very friendly!

Interesting breakfast and nice breakfast hosts. Large room. Very unclean. Torn up couch in room, splatters all over the walls, peeling wallpaper or paint, ripped carpet, the beds were the only clean area. Even the toilet needed a plunger just to flush.

Breakfast was fair. Noisy.

The room had carpet stains all over it. The room next to us was given to someone with a barking dog. The people kept slamming the door.

Loved the spaciousness of the room. Only thing was the body wash was out.. probably just got overlooked.

Easy on and off the freeway. Comfortable bed, and good eggs and bacon for breakfast. I also appreciated that they have small cartons of protein drinks in the refrigerator case. Unfortunately my first encounter with the check-in and check-out staff was not as good as it could have been. The person/s may have been having a bad night and/or a rough start to the morning so the attitude was not what I expected, but the person in the breakfast area was very nice.

Lot of space for 6 of us. Breakfast has few selections. Bathroom wall paper around the bath tub need to be removed and replaced.
