Location was right off the highway AC didn't work in the first room I was given. Room was small with a weird design that made it hard to get carts in and out.

We had adjoining rooms on the first floor. It's has very soft water. Made to order breakfast was good. Cond: Front desk attendant was sitting on someone's lap when we arrived. There is a funky smell to the whole place. Our rooms were not clean. One of them had ants. Had wear shoes or our feed got dirty.

It was very clean and quiet. My dog would have liked the dog area to have peat grass, clover, or smaller rocks. Otherwise, it was great. One of my favorites to travel to with my boo!

I requested a NOT pet-friendly room and was given a room with no history of pet usage. There was no elevator so carried luggage up the stairs and down the long hall before I noticed a luggage cart upstairs to go down the hall.

I often stay at this motel when I'm in Gallup. The cleanliness of the hotel is what I like bout this hotel. The roads outside need to be repaired. I was disappointed that the swimming pool was not open.
