May want to run AC in each floor hallway. Hallways where very hot. Temp and in the 80s We asked the front desk for a discount but was referred to Expedia

Broken elevator and dirty towels in room. Would recommend a different place to families traveling through.

Elevator is broken and has been for a while

The hotel was very relaxing and clean. The breakfast was so good.

This used to be our go to place, but it is starting to show it's age. The elevator didn't work and they did not do any kind of discount for this. There was a water alert from the city, due to rains earlier in the week and there was no notice, until we saw the brown water from the shower, sink and toilet and asked the staff. This will be our last stay at this location.

b) light switch at room entry controls overhead light AND electric outlet on wall containing combo (one piece) luggage stand/TV stand/desk; turn off light, turn off electric switch c) bathroom door had two “settings” — wide open or closed; the door’s balance was off, meaning one could not keep it slightly ajar to allow for some light; don’t know who is responsible for this d) bed height was about 30”, bordering on challenging to forbidding for my short, mobility challenged wife e) housekeeping issue: alarm had been set by prior occupant and went off at 6 am; housekeeping did not check the alarm setting and TURN IT OFF when completing the room clean [THIS SHOULD BE AN SOP] f) room was clean, public areas were comfortable, all entrances had convenient disabled parking near the entrance; breakfast buffet was as expected (some fresh fruit would have been a nice add, but we love the waffle machines)

Nice hotel. Kept up well. Clean rooms. Would stay here again

We were notified at check in the elevator was out of service after we had booked and paid online we had 2 babies 2 kids and all our belongings we had to lug us 4 flights of stairs with no help we would like a refund

The only negative was the elevator not working. Everything else was convenient

Hotel smelled of mold and sewage. But at least staff was nice. Canceled and got my money back.

This an older hotel that can use some updating but it was clean and the staff, especially the manager, Amanda went over and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable even when I was rather rude when I was frustrated about an issue I did not understand, she was patient and knowledgeable and got everything understandable and actually helped me comprehend the issue. I was extremely tired and she truly was very patient and kind to me. That lady is a true asset👍

The bed was comfortable The elevator was broken so I had to climb 3 flights of stairs, the pool was closed,

Everything was as expected except the elevator was broke.

Bed and pillows were in rough shape. Elevator, AC, and TV were broken. Bathroom was not clean.

Our room was on the 4th floor, however the elevator was inoperable. It was difficult to climb the stairs for my husband. The hot tub was not working, which was a huge disappointment also. I will call ahead next time to ensure that everything is in working order. Not quite the stay we were expecting.
