This was our 3rd time to stay this property. The same time each year. We love that we can get a two bedroom suite. The suite was very clean as was the property. The hotel manager was very nice. HOWEVER, this is the 2nd year in a row that the breakfast juice machine doesn’t work and apparently has never been fixed. The ice machine by the toasters was out of order for the 2nd year. They do not provide water in the breakfast area. I’ve had to ask the desk clerk for 3 years for water. The hot tub was out of order. The elevators sound like a rock tumbler is active and on top of the cars. And to top it off NO TV!!! Their television system was out of order on the end of the building we were on!!! So I paid for the most expensive room they have (3rd year), have 3 tv’s in our suite and can’t watch tv.

Staff was amazing, so kind friendly and helpful.
-
Mattress was broken and we sunk into it. Doors left propped open which could create safety hazard if people not staying on the property came in.
-
Property was off the path so it was quiet. Next to some dining options with a gas station in the same lot. Felt safe and every staff member I had an encounter with was helpful and courteous!

I didnt get any room service and still havent received my deposit i need someone to speak with

The first room had food on the floor and the toilet seat was broken. I asked for a different room and the staff was helpful and kind. The second room was cramped and very small compared to other hotels we have stayed in at comparable pricing. The breakfast was awful. I couldn’t even eat it. We stayed here based in the Marriott name. We won’t make the same mistake again.

Breakfast was good but the cups in the room was not clean. We’re going to use 2 and both have lipstick mark in them. Obviously the housekeeper just put them in the cup board without cleaning and checking the cups/plate

We had a very nice stay. The place was very clean and nicely decorated.

This place was excellent. The room was well stocked with a nice kitchenette, good quality items. The breakfast was excellent, but the best thing was the staff. They were so professional and met our every need.
-
Room had dirty toilet with seat up. Kitchen dishes in dishwasher, so room just was not ready to be occupied.

Nice room and comfortable beds, good breakfast, easy parking

The room was clean and nice. The staff were polite and welcoming. The pool was cold at first but then the heater was turned on to warm up.
-
Parking easy and secure. Clean room, comfortable bed.

Sheets had not been change from last visitors
-
The only minor nitpick I had was how thin the toilet paper and facial tissue was, but that's it.
-
Our room wasn’t ready at 5 pm, I had to wait a while for my room, we are elderly and disabled and their elevator was broken, we had to drag our suitcases and bags up the the steps. No communication to the customer.

I did not like this property because , I paid 275 dollars for. Room that was on the 4 th floor and had no working elevator …. And they couldn’t move me to another room because they couldn’t give me a refund , because , exped doesn’t give refunds , they want to recess and tell u to make a new reservation and that’s ridiculous

They did not tell us that the elevators were out and had been for months, when we booked the hotel and specifically asked for first floor rooms. We were given rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor and had to carry our 14 year old chocolate lab up and down the flight of stairs.
