    Need to let trailers know that even with a balcony that you can't smoke from there you still have to go down and out of the hotel to smoke

    Professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. One of our rooms were super hot. We asked to be moved, but no one answered our questions.

    The location was perfect and the staff were outstanding. The only thing I have to comment is the smell of the rugs but the cleanliness was outstanding. The breakfast was a lifesaver!

    This hotel was very nice. From the lobby to the breakfast area and our room were very clean and welcoming. The staff was very helpful and kind enough to give us a late check out. The Gulf was a short walk away as well as some very nice restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this hotel again!

    Apparently the DM and mgr didn’t like it so the following day they called telling me they wanted me out. I was paid for the entire stay but they kept insisting I go. I didn’t have the money, which I told the mgr several times. I was paid in full which I said several times. The DM refused to meet with me and the mgr hung up on me so I called Wyndham customer service for help —which I got thankfully so I could finish the stay for my grandson’s baseball tournament. But the stress and panic this put on me was very hard and made for a less than pleasant stay I was at a ball game when the call came so many parents and grandparents heard it —all were appalled and we still haven’t found anyone who has ever had this happen. We were all shocked at the behavior of the mgr and the fact that because they didn’t like an honest review they’d try to move someone out of a prepaid room. They even locked me out, which I didn’t know until they told me I needed to come trade my room keys in for some that worked—-with my belongings still inside the room. That evening a pounding came on my door and though the camera was hanging right outside my door the front desk said first they couldn’t check camera then said the hallways were clear It was all a hugely stressful ordeal for me and my family-I’ve been advised to get an atty and have requested they do not contact me ever again

    Amazing staff! Very clean and included parking. Room had everything we needed and more. My daughter lost her toothbrush and the front desk provided her one, at no charge. Breakfast was great! Loved the balcony view. Would definitely book here again.

    The photo shows the room with a balcony, however, the room I received was second to last room in the back of the property. I could barely see the ocean. I should have thought of this when booking but did not. That is why I gave such a low rating. If you don’t mind not having a decent view from balcony then this hotel is fine for you. I won’t be returning.

    The pool was nice and breakfast was good except the need for more protein. The rooms were average and the hotel is priced right. I do like the fact that we had a fridge microwave and coffee maker in the room. Front staff were helpful and nice.

    I works get a room on the top floor i if possible. The person above us was EXTREMELY “heavy footed” until 1:40 a.m.! Otherwise, staff very nice and very clean.

    The staff was very welcoming. However, the other guests in the hotel were loud and would pull in the parking lot blaring loud music. The elevators stunk like body odor. The room had a weird smell too. We didn't even stay the entire night because of the noise outside. The hotel was nice and clean but had a weird smell. Definitely not worth the price.
