The experience turned out to be very poor. From the moment we arrived, we were told they were short-staffed, so to avoid being a bother, we simply asked housekeeping for whatever we needed. On top of that, the TV in our room never had a signal; since there was no signal, we ended up spending our time at the beach and pool rather than in the room. But the real issue came on the day we left: when I checked my bill, I saw a $100 charge because they claimed we had taken the TV off the wall—something that never happened. So, for anyone visiting: please take a video before and after your stay so the same thing doesn't happen to you.

We had a great experience. From our room being very comfortable and clean to the staff being very helpful and kind. Definitely will be coming back again.

Our room was very clean and the hotel in general very clean. When I checked in there was an older lady in front doing it. She was nice but at the same time a little over the top with just about everything, to the point it was irritating. The young man at the front was pleasant.

I was a little skeptical about the hotel because others in the same area have let me down but this one was nice! The receptionists were welcoming. The hallways smelt good. The room was clean and so was the pool! The balcony view was ok.. you can’t really see the beach unless you stick your head out the balcony 😅 the Texas waffles were our favorite. Our first morning there we were greeted by Ms. Holly and she was amazing! Definitely plan on staying again 🌊⛱️
