Everything was great for our stay

Excelente ubicación, amenidades y desayuno.

Check in time of 4pm is too late. But they have room ready about 45 minutes early. We did not like that they charge for parking. The free breakfast was excellent. Overall good experience.

Everything was clean breakfast was good everyday and staff was nice even though the island is boring and the beach water is dirty the hotel was excellent

AC was noisy. Bathroom had no ventilation with some mold/mildew spots on the roof.

I liked that the AC worked amazingly! The breakfasts were great :-) The employees were friendly. The only downside was that there were not any blankets or pillows in the room closet for the Couch bed. The night front desk person was generous in supplying what we needed. Overall a good stay. Will come back.

We enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was good, nice variety. The room was clean. The bathroom had a little wear on the door and baseboards. Walk in shower was nice. AC was cool. Staff were nice and location was very good. A block from beach front.

All around was a good stay, we enjoyed it very much.

The manager at this location was the most professional manager I have had the pleasure of working with. He assisted me and worked with me for my check-in and for all the concerns and issues I had. Stephanie, who worked the front desk, helped me to resolve a sweet tooth when I was craving chocolate.

Perfect location but need maintenance.

The stay was fine but the power was out due to a storm when I was trying to check out. I did give them my tax-exempt and requested the parking be put on card left for incidentals.

All was great the room was of nice size , breakfast was great ,good variety ,and the staff kept everything tidy, and refilled the food when needed, we enjoyed our stay all I would change would be that specification on charging for parking would be in description I didnt see that, unless I overlooked it other than that I would stay here again 😀

The hotel was perfectly located for our large family before our cruise departure. With a Walmart just across the street we were able to pick up some last minute items. Breakfast was good and saved us time and money.

The breakfast and coffee were excellent. I would stay there again.

The staff were friendly, efficient, and professional. The rooms were clean and roomy and the breakfast buffet offered something for everyone. The location is conviently within walking distace of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely recommend to others and plan to stay there when I return to Galveston
