The parking spot it is free, clean room and I did like the balcony and the staff was so helpful

The room was clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was great! We enjoyed the bagels with cream cheese and yogurt with granola, cinnamon and sliced almonds every morning of our stay.

The front desk manager lie to me by saying that the elevators were working it wasn’t working.

The hotel had a terrible odor. The rooms was clean enough only to look cleaned. The bathroom was not mopped well..

Only 2 elevator worked, only 1 ice machine worked, we were on the 2nd floor and hallway ceiling was leaking and smelled like mold. Breakfast was either cereal, bread or packaged muffins, no hot cooked food

Our family loved the Balcony and the pool to the kids that was one of the best things about the whole stay. The parking was great. As described the beach is directly across the road. The real problem that I had was that, this was a pet friendly hotel which I knew when I purchased my trip. What I did not know was that pets would be scattered on every floor. In most pet friendly hotels pets are designated to one or two floors. That is a detail that definitely should be told to someone upfront. We were across the hall from a dog that barked all night. I am a light sleeper it was a miserable experience. I also have allergies the pet dander was terrible. Allergy medicine did not help the swelling in my face.

Stayed one night before our cruise left. Elevator was broken but room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking.

Clean room, staff, parking

Parking was great

Staff ignored my Hilton Honors status and request for better balcony. Balcony over looked parking lot, room was in need of repairs, elevator did not work, no coffee pot in room. Totally disappointed and expressed this in chat with live agent. Hotel is sub par for a Hilton. Shampoo and conditioner had broken from shower wall : no repair. Hotel gets a lot of traffic due to cruise lines docking in Galveston but hotel does not meet the standards of a Hilton hotel. We won’t stay here again.

If you like the smell of mildew and if you like to eat with flies, this place is for you! The first morning I went down to the bagel bar, I couldn't even stay in the breakfast room because it was so hot and there were flies everywhere. There are 2 washers (1 out of order) and 2 dryers for the whole hotel, and they take quarters. However, the front desk didn't have any quarter and there was no change machine so they suggested that I walk down the street to a gas station. They were also out of detergent and fabric softener. We were going on a cruise and tried to change our reservation to a different hotel but couldn't without losing $600 so we had to stay after the cruise as well. We got off of the boat before check in so we asked if they could hold our bags until check-in. They showed us to a little "locked" room. When we returned the check in, the door was open for anyone to go in. Luckily, our bags were still there. The guest rooms are okay but the only thing this hotel really has going for it is the location. I would not stay here again.

Very convenient location. Friendly staff. Nice balcony. Breakfast was okay. The property could have been cleaner in the parking lot area to look more presentable to guests.

It was good walking distance and clam clean. The beds was comfortable and good pool and hot tub.
