The room was clean and comfortable; the staff friendly and helpful; the breakfast plentiful; however, the pool was disgusting. We chose the property for our two grandchildren to swim. It was disappointing. If the pool was cleaned and maintained, I would not only recommend the hotel but book again.

Staff is very helpful and friendly, but we had a few issues with our room. Bathtub drain was plugged so water didn't drain, plus there was no instructions on TV remote. When I told front desk staff about the problems they did have maintenance come and reboot the TV system and fixed the bathtub drain problem within a couple hours so that was good. Swimming pool was very dirty, didn't look like it had been cleaned in a couple weeks. Also a lot of traffic noise on the front side of hotel. I don't know that I'd stay here again, however the staff was super nice and it's clean, other than the outdoor pool.

Staff was very friendly The parking is VERY crowded and the parking lot is a DISASTER! The potholes and tight parking spaces, which were quite limited, made you nervous about having your car in their lot.

Loved that I was given a choice of floor to be on and had a great sunset and sunrise view over a field! Room was very nice with a full size fridge, 2 burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. And real glass cups and plates! Comfy bed and nice shower.

The staff was awesome and very welcoming. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.

Room service only stop by twice in five days and out of those two times only once did we get to exchange towels. The lady didnt appear to understand english. She was kind but my wife asked for more towels and we never saw her again so not sure she understood what we were asking for. The tv screen is horrible. You can literally see big LEDs behind the screen used to light the screen. The outlet on the right side of the bed near the light wouldn't hold the simplest of plugs. Its very worn. Fire hazard. I also carry a UV light in my travels and there are several questionable stains on the carpet, the ac unit, and on the wall near the bathroom sink. The parking lot is riddled with holes and broken asphalt in several areas. Safety hazard. Upon checking out I was told that I had a pending charge and the receptionist was unable to give me a final receipt nor check me out due to a mysterious charge. He told me he would bring it to the attention of the manager which he did and the charge was resolved. I had to call back 2 days later and have my receipt emailed to me. Room 308 needs some attention.

The property was quiet but the refrigerator was huge and tv was small and n an awkward place to watch. Deadbolt did not work, thermostat did not work, bathroom door would not shut. Breakfast was really small and food ran out, for the size of the hotel the breakfast area should be bigger, not enough places to sit.

Bed was comfortable Breakfast was decent Wasn’t able to swim in the pool it was green. Need ice machines on other floors just not the main one.
