Top notch Hotel. Great location the Staff was Super Friendly and very helpful

Amazing stay for an overnight for a wedding off-site. Parking easily accessible. The front desk happened to be experiencing technical difficulties creating room-keys so we had to wait a bit in the lobby, but staff was apologetic and accommodating. Went to the David Burke bar for a drink before the wedding and the staff at that restaurant was kind and engaging as well. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at the Garden City Hotel and will definitely return when I can.

The Garden City Hotel is the ultimate hotel! The rooms couldn't be any clean and the staff couldn't be any nicer! Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Garden City Hotel is beautiful and situated in a plush community. The staff is professional and pleasant. All the rooms are nicely appointed and the restaurants are epic.

The hotel & staff was very nice. The noise from people across & down the hall was too loud. We did report it but was extremely upsetting. The people still were too noisy.

Exceptional

We arrived late for a quick overnight before heading out to the rest of our journey. Didn’t get a chance to use any of the facilities and the restaurants were closed at the hotel and locally in town. Was very appreciative of the staff allowing us to get something from their small grab ‘n go counter. The food offered there was actually quite excellent. The thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was that even though I prepaid online ahead for my room, I still got hit $43 for their daily “facility fee” at checkout. It’s supposed to cover parking (which we didn’t have a car), wi-fi in the lobby and in your room, access to the fitness center and pool. In other words….things other hotels would toss into your room rate. I didn’t use any of these things on our quick trip. Glad we were only there the one night because that extra fee is PER DAY. This is a high end expensive hotel!

Ps the icing on the cake was the last minute deep-tissue massage I was able to book at The Red Hots Spa after a 5hr drive to get to NY.

But I wasn't going to pay no $$$ for one breakfast it was cheaper to eat outside the hotel.

I have been staying at this property for over ten years. It is my favorite place to stay when traveling to Long Island.

Beautiful property. Clean and well maintained. Staff extremely nice and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, housekeeping is efficient. We had a lovely stay.

I would definitely go back to this hotel. Also, it being right across the street from the Train Station was very helpful to us since we do not drive. The walk to town was not far at all, and there were many places to get food in the area.
