Nice hotel. A bit expensive for what you pay

Refrigerator was broken, ruined our food. Boiler room has a pipe burst so the fire alarm went off and we had no hot water so my family and I couldn’t shower. Next day the alarm went off again. Luckily we checked out that day. Do not recommend this hotel

The experience here was a good one. Everything was clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if warranted. The only thing that was a downer is having to pay for parking per day. I get if it was valet but it is self park in a standard hotel parking lot. That wasn't cool. But they got ya because there's no other alternative if you are driving.

My stay here was amazing. The breakfast was great. The Room was absolutely clean and you can cook inside!! During the time in the room. I did not hear any noise at all, slept like a baby. I would definitely stay here again!

We have really liked this hotel. It’s close to Hofstra and close to the LIRR Mineola station, as well as a very short walk to Roosevelt Field Mall. A couple of weird things: the hallway outside our room was very cold (here during odd cold snap in late April), and there is no place to hang up towels. I’m glad to reuse our towels but not if they have to be scrunched into a cubby. There need to at least be hooks in the bathroom. I also noticed there is no disposal in the kitchen sink, if that matters to you. Overall, a nice place to stay. We would come back.

I was not satisfied with the room. The room needs to be updated. I cancelled my room. The pictures on the website were different from the actual place. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
