Everything about this hotel was wonderful. I just wish we could’ve stayed longer to enjoy our suite more!

The room I was in was not maintained the sofa bed was dirty cushions was torn certain spots. The chair in the room had hole's shower has wear and tear. Carpet needs deep cleaning or changing. The bed was comfortable. The staffed from the front desk to the cleaners was very helpful and polite. Breakfast was ok could have different choices everyday. Didn’t like The parking charges. The location near the mall and restaurants perfectly placed.

The price per night was astronomical for a regular hotel. $500/night and no housekeeping services during our stay. Shocked that we would have also had to pay for parking but again the front desk representative signed us up as "members" so we would not have an extra charge for parking. We have no plans to stay at the Hyatt again. It offered nothing that less expensive hotels would have.
