Location. Breakfast..pleasant asian lady at breakfast area. Air condition unit in room 226 very dirty.one could see dust and soot in the vent.. Husband got upper respiratory issues from air conditioning being dirty. When the air condition was turned off the room was very musty

Super Staff all the way around we had 8 rooms for a funeral and everyone was well taken care of.

I loved the way the tv was set up and close to the bed on a swivel so it can turn to the lounge area.. the only thing I found a bit odd was the bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom, it’s a noise thing for me in the early am..

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. And breakfast was included. no issues

Breakfast was good and fresh. The room was clean, bed was confortable, hotel was quiet, many restaurants near the hotel. The staff was friendly and this is the 2nd time i stayed at this hotel after going to Robert Moses Beach. Its 30 min from the beach and easy to hop on many highways to head back home to the Hudson Valley. I will stay here again.

Had to practically beg for the room to be cleaned after three days with no service. For the rate they charge, there are much better options.

It was very good we only stayed one night but it was very convenient to get to the beach.

The breakfast. The carpet was gross with dark stains. It was gross and disgusting. We were not sure if it was blood. The carpet was filthy.

The problem with these chain hotels on Long Island is that they book large groups of sports teams and sometimes they overwhelm the property on this occasion we had no problem because we did not use the breakfast buffet. Everything was clean. We were able to get new towels when we asked they charge $10 for parking which is kind of nonsense but I guess they could just add the price on to the room so either way it was fine.

Staff was nice and breakfast had a nice selection. I wouldn’t stay here again until it is redone.
