Hotel Suites at Vanderbilt

Mostly condos. No kids seen. Nice free breakfast. Huge suites. Gym and pool lovely!! Highly recommend.

Always a great stay!

There was no breakfast that I could tell. The outside was okay. Bathroom was filthy, hair and pubes on the floor and shower and towels, pee on the seat. One of the beds was actually collapsed, like sit on the edge of the bed and fall in. The whole room was slightly moldy, there were stains everywhere and wear and tear and the cushions did not match. And the staff from the desk to the manager did not care. And I am still trying to get someone to actually get me my refund because I was told I would get one, and because I only stayed one night because it was horrible. Oh and the coffee machine didn’t work right and the TV did not work at all. My wife and I spent an hour cleaning it because we could not get another room. So it is probably as clean as it has ever been. I sent the staff 37 pictures of the carnage before we cleaned.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Didn't get to try out the restaurant but I definitely will go back and try it out. The room was spacious modern clean. The property was well kept and definitely gave a luxury feel. The pool was also nice also with a bar area poolside where the drinks were great. Definitely would stay again. Nice for couples and families.

Yes rental room are placed in the loudest part of the building

We were impressed with our stay. CiCi was so helpful and pleasant at check-in. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The only minor issue was the sound of the air conditioner. We will definitely stay again.

Rooms were very nice and clean.

Chic Spacious room, cleanliness, quality of furnishings appliances great towels. Pet friendly. Served our purpose as we had 4 people and a pet and wanted nice clean space with proper front desk service. Only the bar was open to get any food with limited menu . The room overlooked the parking lot and had to keep the curtains closed most of the time to keep privacy which was not ideal as the room was dark. Vending machine did not work and I wish I knew that front desk can provide you with water.

Room is clean and spacious and gym has enough equipment quiet environment. ,convenient to many places.
