Amazing

Clean room; good selection at breakfast; attentive staff and very clean breakfast area; general manager graciously assisted in correcting an error I had made in my original booking saving me hundreds of dollars.

Great stay

I only stayed overnight and I have no complaints. My room was clean and the beds are really comfortable. We woke up and proceeded the dinning area for the breakfast buffet. The food was excellent and the coffee was great. They had a good variety of food. I totally recommend this hotel whole heartily.

Clean room and brakfast

From the moment we walked in, I knew this was the best place in the area to stay. The staff was extremely nice, the facility was clean, and the breakfast the next morning was incredible. I received daily text from the general manager, asking if there was anything they could do or anything I needed, and unlike a lot of hotels, they came in and cleaned every day. 10 out of 10. We’ll be back when I have work in the area.

Stayed a week and housekeeping only cleaned the room once. The one time they cleaned the room is when I called the front desk four times to complain. Really lousy service

Everything was clean and the front desk attendant at check in was friendly and communicated.

For a Holiday Inn Express, I understand it is not meant to be a luxury hotel, so my expectations were reasonable. However, at around $390 per night, I did not feel the value matched the price. At that rate, I would have expected a smoother check-in experience and a more updated room. One other issue was the breakfast policy. There was a letter in our room saying to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but we were told we needed tickets or passes. That made the breakfast feel selective and confusing rather than truly complimentary. Overall, it was an okay stay, but based on the price and experience, I most likely would not stay here again.
