Holiday Inn Westbury - Long Island by IHG

The hotel was clean and a decent breakfast each morning to start our day. We have stayed here many times, when we arrived we were advised no bar or bar food, no laundry and no pool. We booked the Holiday Inn for all of these amenities. We asked the receptionist to call us a taxi and he gave me a phone number which I did not get through with no codes for international phones

Very clean but photos showed a restaurant with a bar but upon arrival learned restaurant under contract so no real restaurant service and no bar. No restaurant or bar. The “hot breakfast” I showed up for on Friday morning had no hot offerings. Just the waffle makers and some mini muffins, a few pastries and bagels. However, Saturday morning sane time had hot chafing dishes added. I also didn’t think it was fair that my breakfast was included as a member but my son had a separate reservation but also under my name , he’s not as a member and was charged $15 each for it

Seems you just had to add a little bit of water is very confusing. I was looking to fill up the whole container and you can't remove it. I would stay there again however. This staff was a very helpful and courteous.

The property has just undergone a full renovation. So it feels like a brand new hotel. I recommend staying here.
