Everything was clean and the front desk attendant at check in was friendly and communicated.

For a Holiday Inn Express, I understand it is not meant to be a luxury hotel, so my expectations were reasonable. However, at around $390 per night, I did not feel the value matched the price. At that rate, I would have expected a smoother check-in experience and a more updated room. One other issue was the breakfast policy. There was a letter in our room saying to enjoy the complimentary breakfast, but we were told we needed tickets or passes. That made the breakfast feel selective and confusing rather than truly complimentary. Overall, it was an okay stay, but based on the price and experience, I most likely would not stay here again.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The front desk people were very helpful. The breakfast was also very delicious. There were two young ladies who were very helpful. They served us juice and picked up all the things after we were done eating. If I ever come back to New York I’ll be staying at this property again.

I really appreciated the excellent customer service I received from Robert. I had just left another hotel because of an issue and Robert was so nice and helpful. It meant a lot to me!

The Property: The hotel itself is wonderful—clean, comfortable, and highly accommodating. Our room was spacious and pristine, the amenities were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The restaurant and courtyard are also beautiful, clean, and welcoming spaces. The Staff: It is rare to find a team with this much genuine heart. I especially want to thank Nailah from the front desk for taking such good care of us, as well as Nisary and Aldina from the management team for the incredibly thoughtful and generous surprise they organized for our son. We are so grateful for our stay and cannot recommend this property enough to anyone visiting the area!

Some staff is rude

We brought our stuff up to room, first thing we do is check the tv to make sure it works. It didn’t work well, the streaming had problems we called down to see if we could get it working. They couldn’t give us an answer, it’s very important for us while staying in a hotel that we can stream. So we came down and told them we were leaving, they called the manager to clear that we weren’t going to be charged in anyway. We received clearance of any charges, but my fiancé received a charge on her credit card for the reservation we booked and were told charges were removed when we left. Now we’re putting in a dispute about the charges with her credit card company. The hotel seemed to be clean and we would have stayed if the streaming worked.

The front desk was super nice and helpful.

The staff was lovely, very helpful, and accommodating with anything I needed. My room was perfect, and the breakfast was divine.

Great friendly front desk staff

Phenomenal courtyard, and breakfast area. The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful. The location is what really drives this property to a 5 star rating. Walking distance of outlet stores, 5 minute drive to Roosevelt Field Mall, 3 minutes if you don't get any red lights. Multiples big box brand stores in walking distance and a vast array of places to eat. The bathrooms in the rooms are particularly well designed and feel more premium than what you would typically expect. The front exterior of the property doesn't do it justice, as well as the lobby. Honestly a exterior renovation, with the lobby and updating the hallway carpets would really elevate this property.
