The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast crew, not so much. There were crumbs on the booth benches, and it took over 20 minutes to get a small order of French toast (we were the only customers). The pool is tiny. However, the patio with the fire pit is glorious. This place cost almost $100 more than the nearby Hilton; I’m not sure why.

Had to wait 20 minutes just to buy some Oreos as there was only one person working in the hotel apparently. Hotel itself needs to be updated. Like being stuck in 2002. TV was ancient. Absolutely zero hotel information in room, including how to connect to WiFi. Elevators smelled like urine. Property had trash/ cigarette butts everywhere. All for $300/night. Okkkk.

The staff was wonderful. I was here for a family emergency and everyone was so kind and flexible and supportive with all the moving parts. My only real complaint was the skanky bedding… ill fitting and made of nasty material.

The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The place was well kept. The room was very nice. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay for parking.
