Enjoyed our stay, room clean and spacious. Bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay again

The only thing I think needs attention is the elevators. The hotel seems to be updated, EXCEPT the elevators.

Excellent stay and a great value. This is a great location to stay if you are going to a concert at Jones Beach or restaurants/ bars on the nautical mile in Freeport. The bedding was really comfortable and the bathroom amenities were really good.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The place was clean and well kept. The place was quiet and relaxing. Definitely the place to stay. Can’t wait for my next trip back.

We planned to stay for 6 nights, so I asked at the desk the first night to have our rooms cleaned daily. They said they would. On the fourth night it was not done. On another night the pull-out couch bed was not made though the two double beds were. The coffee machine was not restocked nor were clean paper cups provided when some were used.

We were very pleased at the price and availability. The Hilton Garden Inn was a lovely stay, I recommend it for anyone looking to visit the area!

Needs updating

Downside was that there was only one elevator working. Also, they put $50.00 on hold for incidentals and it'sbeen 6 days and Ihaven'tseen the reimbursement. I don't understand why they had to put any money on hold if they already had my credit card?! Parking was free and there was a lot of it.

I was asked to pay for Netflix cable

Bldg is a lottle rundown. It was clean but rooms and bathrooms need modernizing.

My first night I awoke to a crackling sound. Upon opening my eyes I saw sparks flying. I immediately jumped up when smoke started spewing out of the phone charger. Luckily I did not have my phone on it. I also noticed a burn mark on the cushioned wall behind the nightstand. I located where the charger was plugged in and unplugged it. I informed the front desk of this event at 4 am and a sleepy voice said no one was available in maintenance until the morning. In the morning I spoke to the front desk again and they said someone would be there by noon. I was on my way out to an event. I know someone came as it was plugged back in when I returned. I did not hear what was done to resolve the issue so I immediately unplugged the charger and had a somewhat restless night before checking out in the morning.
