Hampton Inn Garden City Long Island

Clean room, great breakfast, plenty of parking

We enjoyed our stay at the Hampton inn Garden city, Everyone was so nice and helpful

Breakfast was amazing room was clean but sheets had some holes and sink was previously broken and was glued on so that wasnt pleasant to see.

Great property in desired neighborhood ,close to everything. Great rate for a comfortable room which includes breakfast...

Clean room

The standout items: 1. the breakfast was good and not rushed away. If you came 10 minutes before the end, there were still hot food choices. 2. the hour for Checkout was 12. This gave greater opportunity to have breakfast and then prepare to leave.

It's close to a massive amount of shopping. Only issue, and it's not the hotel, Hempstead is about 2 miles away. So their loud and obnoxious relatives were in the hotel. Otherwise, it's a great hotel choice.

Breakfast was forgettable especially the computer generated omelette. Coffee is good. Paying for parking

I like the place it was clean and nice. It’s not first time we staying there really like it

The hotel is nice, just needs a noise ordinance like many others. Neighbors next door partied well into the night and upstairs kids jumped off beds and stomped all day and night. Didn't get much sleep and my kids were awaken around 4 due to jumping and stomping from upstairs.

Excellent property! Clean, well stocked bathroom, the freezer in the mini fridge actually worked which is so rare in hotels. Friendly staff. Very happy with our stay

Fire alarm was fault and went off after midnight. We evacuated and then it went off again around 1am. nothing offered for the stress and sleep disruption.

Hampton Inn is always a good chain. Got a very good deal. Breakfast is very good and I like that it’s open till 10 AM instead of nine or 930. Only annoying item was $10 to Park. Good location near the highway too.

Perfect location, clean and cost is also good.

It was clean Paying for parking. $10 a day is ridiculous and I probably will not stay here again because of that

-Refrigerator, microwave and lights not working. The maintenance guy had to come and rearrange furniture. To get us working appliances. - the faucet in the bathroom was leaking Had they known this was a faulty room it should not have been booked. -the guest in the room above us had children who kept running up until after 10pm which I had to keep calling front desk about this until the decided to switch our room. I had to carry all my stuff along with my 7 month old to the 4th floor little by little. Only for the front desk to check someone else into the room she told me to take my stuff too then ask me to go some place else. -now the following morning in the middle of taking my shower the water gets cut off. I have documented and taken photos of everything. It has been one major inconvenience to the next since being here. I paid for convenience and there has been nothing but inconveniences since check-in. Not really happy with my stay. My week away for peace quickly became chaotic. Would not book again.

Onsite parking I didn’t have the breakfast but they do offer hot breakfast

This is not the first time we have stayed at this property but it is the 2nd time we did not receive the wake up call so we would be on time for our appointment. It is not an automated system. I called down to the front t desk and the staff member stated it would be done. The staff needs to follow through and complete his/her tasks efficiently. An "I am sorry" in the morning doesn't work!!
