Hampton Inn Garden City Long Island

Room was very clean this is my choice of hotel when traveling to Long Island . This has been my second time this year . I would recommend this hotel

I liked being able to check in online and use my phone to access my door key as well as share with my husband virtually. And adding another day the front desk staff was very helpful

The staff was helpful and, obviously, are doing the best with what they have. The lobby looks great. It will be nice when the rooms share that attention. The rooms were rather dated.

The swimming pool is nice! Staff is friendly!

Clean property, good location and great breakfast

We booked two connecting rooms. The quality of everything there is very poor. The bathrooms are terrible. Not maintained at all. The rooms especially the carpets are not clean. We found ants. The small of the rooms are rotten. The stuff aren’t truly friendly. The experience wasn’t good at all to an extend after we spent the first night my son asked if we can check out and find another property to stay the remaining two nights. I won’t recommend anyone to stay there.

The rugs are filthy.

Had to Change rooms at 2am because of bed bugs and never offered anything as compensation. Disappointed!

Property needs to be renovated and updated bed was ok furniture in the room was old and stained. Not up to brand standard

Our stay was not so pleasant. We could not sleep the whole night, we could hear people running above our heads from the upper level room. . It was very disappointing.

Next, pool was being used for swimming class lessons. Couldn’t use the pool because some random lady was there with random people who weren’t even hotel guests. Despicable that you pay over $200 a night and can’t use amenities. Business center had no computer to do work, conditioner in the room was empty and had to ask for another one. You’d think the service would refill prior to people checking in but guess not. So incredibly disappointed at that. Fitness center was just a basic treadmill and biking machine. Overall terrible.

It was nice and clean and the breakfast was a great add on.
