I see thr other is sub renting to o²ther activities versus guest only. Many people appear there that should not be there walking around, including parking lot.

Hotel has been updated and exceeded all my expectations since this was not my first stay. My room was very clean and quiet, and the staff was amazing!

Very neat clean and well kept.

We had to go to a wake and arrived about 2:40 PM extra time in room would have been nice. Desk clerk just smiled and said we would have to wait until 3 PM. Promptly at 3 PM room became available. We happen to be in our late 80s. Kids running all over did not feel comfortable.

When I entender room 505 I went straight to the bathroom and was greeted by a medium size roach crawling around the sink. I quickly disposed of it and made my way to the bed to check for bedbugs. It was then I discovered yet another roach crawling on the front of the headboard. I wanted to leave the hotel but it was already 11:30 pm and I had to be up at 4am. I TRIED TO CALLED THE FRONT DESK BUT THE PHONE DIDNT WORK, so I gathered my belongings and made my way downstairs. I showed the woman at the front desk videos of the roaches and she was able to change my room. I slept in room 510 with my rain coat, jeans, socks and hoodie on. I also kept some of the lights on. I saw no further signs of unwanted tiny visitors.

Everything was good only the smell of cigarettes was every where especially in our nonsmoking room bathroom.

There were roaches in the room. Many.
-
Super sweet. There was hair in my bed. It seemed like it was a HUD living situation and not at all a hotel for people needing a day or 2.
-
Gray service The attention and the breakfast is excellent

Overall the staff were friendly. The room was also clean, and room service was regular. One week before the trip, I was informed that the hotel basically is also operating as a shelter. There was so much noise above my room during the night. Sounded like maybe kids jumping. This was supposed to be a relaxing getaway for me and my boyfriend.
