The room was clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and provided a pack and play for my baby. We didn’t get breakfast as the end time was 9:30am.

Breakfast was excellent. Place was clean and neat. The staff Miriam is an excellent staff.she goes above and beyond and make sure everything is well stocked.Always has a great smile.

The rooms are clean and well maintained. I didn’t like a midnight phone call stating my carbon monoxide monitor had fallen off the wall when it had not. Instead there were children running up and down the halls that tripped the sensor. Breakfast I couldn’t eat because of use of fake eggs. Very limited options. Bed too soft for my comfort level. Patio looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while.

The room was clean, the breakfast was good, the staff were pleasant and helpful. It was in an area that was very convenient for what we had to do. Parking was easy. I have no complaints.

Was pleased with everything about Springfield suites, however, was disappointed that our room was not serviced on the last day before checkout. No offer was made for compensation at checkout.
