Pool closed - permanently - about to be removed. Check-in counter is plastic folding tables due to reno work. Stayed ONE night rather than the three that were planned because we were awoken at 7am by the construction crew. Pool should be removed IMMEDIATELY from ammenities list and if you are sensitive to the smell of paint, be warned. This property should be SIGNIFICANTLY discounted until the renovations are complete and an accurate description can be provided.

Let’s start with the check-in process, I called to verify check-in time in which I was told it is from 4pm-530am. We had arrive 4 hours after check-in just to be told that our reservations were canceled because they had no way of contacting us (we booked through Expedia), on top of them having us double booked for 4 rooms! Not correct. So we rebooked onsite. Proceeded to go to our rooms in which I asked could we be sided, I had the impression that we would! Room 207 and 209 is what we were given. When we opened the door to room 207 I WAS IMMEDIATELY ANGRY, the room hadn’t been cleaned. So I proceeded to go back to the front desk and let Ms. Lori know the room was not cleaned. She switched out keys and gave me the keys to room 217. Heading down to room 209 entered there to check out things and notice the sheets and blankets were dirty! I and LIVID at this point. Went back to front desk and Ms. Lori offered new bedding. She even came up to make the bed herself, in which I mentioned she didn’t have to. She did say that she would send an email to the manager and for me to check back the next morning with the next shift. I and very disappointed!

The bathroom was dirty, there was a rip in my comforter, hair in the shower, what looked like black mold on the shower- wall, pool was not well kept. Breakfast was fine. We liked the weekend mgr more than the week day one

We stayed there for a week and had a great stay! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. It was also quiet which I really appreciated! And the staff was amazing! Lori was super helpful and sweet!

Pool was not open 2 days in a row. Weather related, but the sun was shining,

Everything exceeded expectations. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

It is ok to sleep only

Lora, at the desk was amazing. The room was clean but the air was a little musty and moist. Overall, the beds were comfy and we slept well.

There was crushed chips all over the hallway carpet. One staff member was creaping around outside all night. The whole first floor stunk from Marijuana. The staff closed the pool at 7 pm when it was supposed to be open until dark. Breakfast was 45 minutes late. The back door to the hotel wasn't locked, it was propped open all night, anyone could have entered the building.

Yes nice location

My room smelled horrible. Incredibly musty smelling covered by heavy air freshener which did not help. Not very clean either.

Room was clean, and we had enough towels. Breakfast was great. No hot cereal options. You can hear everything your neighbors say and do. Walls are thin. Had to turn TV on to block out noise from the brothel next door. We stayed close to the entry and check in area... a lot of noice from that as well. Otherwise, everything was great!

Breakfast not good. Water pressure not good.
-
Afternoon desk attendant was pleasant, but no one else even looks up at you. The property is old, but clean. The breakfast left something to be desired. Overall it was average and certainly not worth $140 a night.
