The staff member that checked me in was very pleasant and made it very easy and quick to check in. The hotel was clean, quiet and in a great location. I will definitely be back.

Our room was hot, and the air was not working properly. The room had a musty smell, probably because the refrigerator was unplugged and was coming from there. Water in the tub, had to pull up the drain stopper to let it drain. Got in the shower, body wash was empty, shampoo was empty. Had to go downstairs and try to find someone. No one at the desk, phone to call for assistance no one answered, walked around to try and find someone. Finally a lady that cleans come in and seems like the person from night shift left and person for morning shift didn’t show up yet. So she was trying to help me but it to 30 mins to even get that.

The staff was amazing; the property was well kept and clean. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable! We were very pleased and happy with our stay! Would definitely recommend!

The hotel staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. The stove in the unit was cracked but we weren’t using that. For the price point it was perfect. Clean and located within easy driving to Raleigh.

Good location and comfortable bed. I’m allergic to dogs. I added a booking note requesting a room that had not recently hosted a dog. I called ahead to make the same request. When I checked in, I clearly stated my allergy. I was told the hotel was overbooked and was made to feel I was lucky to get a room at all. I needed to use my emergency inhaler 3 times in less than 24 hours. No one was at the desk at night to assist with a room change, if it was even possible due to overbooking. The smell of wet dog was awful. The carpet was so wet it ruined two pairs of socks: they were yellowed and smelled like urine. When checking out, reception offered to let the manager know. He called a few moments later. I know that because she said it was him calling. I waited while she spoke to him about her schedule, testing at school and other points, but never mentioned the issue I’d had. She hung up, gave me my receipt and said he would call probably on Monday.

Clean room and clean hotel.

I have stayed at My Place twice in the past year. The suites are large and well-appointed, featuring full-sized refrigerators, stove tops, microwaves, and sinks as well as lots of cabinet space in the kitchen. There are recliners (unique to My Place, in my experience), desks and chairs that make business needs conveniently catered for, comfortable beds, and large bathrooms. Heating/cooling is easily set to the guest's preference. Both suites were clean and comfortable. Parking and wifi are free. There was nothing that I didn't like. My Place is perfect for an overnight stay mid-journey.

I have this place a shot as I normally stay at Holiday Inn, and man am I glad I did. My Place was very clean, the staff are not only friendly but accommodating and helpful. The room was great and I will definitely be back!

0 amenities and hotel has a kitchen, but it doesn’t provide the basics to actually use it no knife, pots or pans. This is something that they should definitely improve specialty for guest who expect to be able to cook.

Was woken up at 4:00am as someone was knocking on the hotel doors loudly looking for “Norman” people were drinking in parking lot and lots of loitering. I left my last night and booked the comfort inn and Clayton. It’s worth the upgrade.

Nice clean and spacious room, property was quiet. Not much for amenities besides a laundry room. Worked great while I was in town for work.

Great value. Clean. I had a dog Oder in our room which made it not so great. I’m booking again. I wish they would designate most rooms as never pets for us who are sensitive to that.

Lead us to believe we were not safe.

The property was clean as it was brand new, but there was no coffee in the morning and no one at the front desk to ask for help.
