A little outdated, could use a bigger TV in the room but otherwise good breakfast was awesome

Room they put us in had open holes in walls, bathroom had gunk all around base tiles. Not hotel room I had seen in pictures online. Seems they put us in an older room that had not yet and was in midst of rehab

Nothing Had bedbugs, was so dirty, there were roaches when we looked at the reviews after seeing how dirty it was it said that they only clean the rooms upon request. Went down to the front desk and the person was so rude and on a weird power trip. Do not recommend to anybody.

The stay was OK, I was there for six days, housekeeping didvnot check to see if I need anything and when I ask to get the floor swept, I was told I would have to set that up the day before

I was not told that I had to call a day before to have my room cleaned, garbage emptied, fresh towels. I went 3 days without having my linen changed, garbage emptied or fresh towels brought to the room. Also, there was a phone to call the front desk that sat on the night stand that was not hooked up. Finally the times for breakfast was way to early. 5:30 am until 9. Most people on vacation are not up for breakfast at 5:30, so by 9am when you are ready, they are done serving. Finally, I picked this hotel for the pool that they said was open. Everytime I took my granddaughter out there, someone said it's closed and a sign said close. It was being worked on. Don't advertise that you have a pool and then not Open it for the guess. I will probably not pick this place again or recommend it. Everything I stated above could have been better: 1. A working pool that was advertised. 2. Scheduled room service, let people know that when they check in. 3. The use of the phone in working to call the front Desk. 4. Change the time for breakfast, 5:30 am is to early For people on vacation., and cutting it off at nine. Most people are getting up around 9.

Everything was wonderful. There was a very musty Oder in our room. And there were a few roaches. The smell in our room.. was there the entire stay

Location or restaurants and gas stations

Bathroom, dirty walls, floor and floor trim. Door was broken, cracked, clasp was missing screws and dangling. No roller on the toilet paper dispenser.

2nd time staying. Check in was quick, lady at desk was ok (not real friendly). Check out was better as the gentleman was cordial. Pool was only open until 9pm and we weren't able to use that night. Towels. Linens were clean. Room smelled clean with no bad odors. Breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. Would stay at again when we come to this area.

The gentlemen that checked me in and out, we're very nice and professional. Comfortable bed. Room appeared clean. Very close to restaurants etc. The lobby area was very nice and well-kept. The second floor and the room however appeared very worn. Marks on the walls, etc. There appears to be mold growing on the shower door frame. HVAC unit was overly noisy.

Loved the pool, the breakfast and staff was very friendly. Bed sheets were not clean

Beds were comfortable Dirty under desk..lots of crumbs. Very dusty. No guide for tv or wifi password.

check-in guy didn't answer me ringing the bell when I checked in because he was sleeping in the back office and finally woke up. It was only 7 pm.
