looks nothing like what’s pictured online. very filthy and low budget. was greeted by a dead cockroach as soon as we walked in the room. not worth the price and $50 holding fee they charge.

that no-one had bother to change before we checked in. When we finally tracked down a staff member we were told that the room wasn't ready yet and she was going to come back and clean it. Well that never happened! There was a soda bottle under the bed hair on the shower walls the phone in the room didn't work and the bathroom sink the drain catcher was missing.

It was okay. Staff wasn’t ready and available until the time stated on their website. Had to call and wait in order to talk to someone. It wasn’t smooth. And coming from 16 hours away it was really unfortunate

The pictures of this property are very deceiving. It is low quality, which makes sense for the price. I found lots of stains dirt and hair in my bed upon arrival and the whole place smelled like raviolis.

I was over charged after I used a booking site rate. Room was dirty. Towels had pubic hair on them and room had roaches.

The sheets were dirty, the pillow case was dirty, and the smell wasnt pleasant at all , a very weird smell

There was trash in the bathroom trashcan also the tv remote didn't work.

The AC had trouble keeping the room cool and the room key cards were very difficult to use.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I want a local getaway. The staff is always amazing, friendly, and accommodating, making every stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the stoves work great if you prefer to cook your own meals.

I would have rated higher, but I left an expensive pair of shades in the room and called within 30 minutes and they said they didn't find them, so someone actually stole my shades, but I can buy another pair, I just hope they can buy a conscience. Also, they put us in a smoking room and we had to buy air fresheners. We were told we couldn't switch to a non-smoking, because non were available. I didn't even know they still had smoking and non-smoking rooms.
