I booked this hotel, after previously staying, for my daughter while traveling alone. Upon her entrance to the room, there was a strong musty smell and after looking around she noticed black stuff in the air conditioner vent. Then the bathroom had a dark spot on the ceiling and the tub drain was broken. I called the front desk and they exchanged rooms. She said the second room was better but was very inconvenienced, she had to move her dog and nieces stuff too. That room should have never been available.

We are asking for a discount or rebate because we lost water while we were showering. As in - all soaped up and the water just stopped. It happened to both me and my husband. The hotel staff didn’t seem to care and just told us we had to call the third party that we booked with!!

Very nice hotel. Parking seemed tad limited for size of hotel, unless you parked around back.
