My stay and comfort along with the hospitality of all the staff were quality- thank you. The slight damp smell in my room was not what I had expected. The slight smell of dampness in my room.

Pool was open and was nice! Just wish they didn't cover up the hot tub!

It was a nice facility and convenient to the places we needed to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area for us to go eat.

I’m a single mom with two kids arriving late from out of state and you think it’s okay to look me up and add me on social media? While sitting and debating what to do, my son informs me that he found a cockroach in the cabinet where the fridge is located. Upon inspection, I find some too. Generally, it seemed clean other than the floors being really sticky. However, after no longer feeling safe to stay there and finding the bugs, we decided to leave. Checked out about 11:10pm. I was not offered any sort of refund.

Hotel was great. I got there to check in and Hotels.com had not sent them a payment for my room that was confirmed three weeks prior. They also had it for the wrong day. The hotel staff was good in getting the wrong day cancelled and getting me a room. I had to pay them again for the room even though I had a printed confirmation in my hand for the correct day from Hotels.com. showing paid. Very unhappy and concerned about Hotels.com.

Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Great location. Decent breakfast spread. Only complaint, I thought it was a little tacky that they had a bedazzled jar sitting out for tips in the literal middle of the breakfast counter, front and center. That’s just me though.
