Comfort Suites Georgetown

First the swimming pool was never opened the entire time we were there. Second the AC unit did OK had to put it on 60 just to make room comfortable. (Wasn’t a big issue but kinda annoying) third we say ants on our last day.

A friendly welcome, spacious rooms and a good buffet breakfast. Easy off/on freeway access and a variety of restaurants close by.

Bed was comfortable on one side but the other side felt like you were falling on the floor - the bathroom was not so good ! handicap shower was a joke - lighting very poor ! bathroom air filter was not working and very loud.

And the actual hotel was very clean, staff was excellent in helping with whatever I needed. The elevator was slow and the coin machine on the washing machine didn’t work very well at all. I had to get help with that.. the air conditioner was hard to keep the temperature cool and the remote didn’t hardly wanna work at all on the TV. I would still stay there again. It was still very nice motel and I was there for four nights.

Room was clean & comfy.

We liked the option of a pull out couch in our room.

I like a Lot this Hotel , very nice breakfast and very clean the only thing is the price is expensive!!

The staff was great. Dropped our bags early, they gave us the keys and when we returned later they had our bags in the room for us. The comp waters and granola bars were a nice added detail too. I’ll definitely stay there again

Then they do pool maintenance the whole next day after swim school and kept us from pool the next day They advertised the pool, but it was closed and kept us from a planned time with our grandchildren

Bathroom had very strong odor. We had to purchase room spray. Long hairs were left in the tub from previous person Im assuming. Air conditioner had to be set to 60 so that the room would feel cool enough to sleep. For having such a high rating was the reason I booked this place I am very shocked for how the room was.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Didnt get a chance to use the pool or exercise room. Got a handicapped room. Shower wasn't user friendly and definitely needed a "refresh". Overall I'd stay there again

Great service. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. Lots of outlets for charging. The breakfast girls were great and made sure most of time there was plenty of food. They ran out of biscuits and didn’t refill but it was almost closing time. Freezer in fridge didn’t work. Hot tub wasn’t very hot and jets were a lil less strong than some. I do not like bacon and it was an option 3 days.

Loved this hotel, especially good value. Helpful staff, very good breakfast, clean comfortable room. The sofa in our room needed a little area cleaned.

Comfortable bed. Nice room. Hot tub could have been a little hotter and the jets need adjustment. Very good breakfast. The only complaint is no Splenda or Equal equivalents.
