Good variety for breakfast.

The air conditioner worked really well and I was able to use the wall thermostat to adjust as needed. Everything was clean and people were friendly. Workout room was okay; it could use a few more things like weighted balls or kettlebells but it did the trick. We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

Our room was not clean. Our socks/ feet were dirty from walking around in the room. We asked for room service to change bedding, which I’m not 100% sure if it was clean from the beginning of our stay, and it was not changed. Our shower had a seat that appeared to be called and repaired but it was not and falling out of the wall. Our first morning we had to leave at 6:30 for a horse show & there was not food in most of the trays for breakfast, which we were told it was served 6-9. Staff at front desk was friendly. We will not be staying here again.

The room had dusty floors. The sink stopper didn’t work so the sink wouldn’t fill to wash your face. The toilet made a strange animal chirping sound. The breakfasts were OK if you got down there at 6:00 but within 30 minutes the favorites were gone and not immediately replaced so if you had an appointment you had to be at a certain time, you may miss breakfest. The coffee was good but the add-ins may be empty.

I rate the Fairfield Hotel in Georgetown, Ky a 5 star hotel!

Everything was good except for air-conditionee. It was weird noise and it kept stopping through the night. The breakfast was good, but could be better for options and the price paid

Comfy bed. Quiet room. No complaints,

Room and beds were comfortable enough, however first assigned room had food on floor when we walked in and AC didn't work, we asked to be moved to another room. The newly assigned room was fine until the Refresh day. No longer do they come in daily to make up beds and empty trash, but on day 3 of stay is Refresh day when beds are made up (not changed) bathroom is to be wiped down, trash emptied, and new towels left in bathroom. All of the used towels in our room were removed, but no new towels were left , sink and vanity were not wiped down, and the coffee bar was left untouched, also. One bag of trash was picked up. We called about needing towels, but front desk did not answer. We had to go downstairs to get our new towels and found out there was no Manager present at the hotel. We wanted to discuss all the issues and how they would compensate for these frustrating errors. We found out when we were checking out that the Manager would not be in until the day after we checked out, needless to say, we never spoke to the Manager and were severely disappointed in the customer service. We were notified that we were getting a credit of 1/2 off of the first night’s rate, after our card was already run through for full amount. I would advise staying somewhere else with better reviews, don't just stay here because it has Marriott in its name.

Convenient and comfortable

All of the staff were super helpful and very friendly!! Super clean hotel. Looks newer. Breakfast was top notch as well. Perfect location! Close to the Kentucky Horse Park! We also checked out Georgetown and Paris Kentucky.

Very late check in and they were ready for me!!!!

Comforter had a sizable liquid stain, room very damp.

Good hotel and great location

The first room we were given had an overwhelming bleach smell. When we moved rooms, the second had cleaning supplies left in the bathroom and sticky notes in the wall. I do not recommend!
