Great Staff! Not clean. Felt dirty. Smelled awful in hallways. Rooms stunk. HVAC was filthy and stunk. Son found cockroaches in bathroom.

Environment worn and aged. Dusty. For the most part linens and bedding cleaned. But some stains present. Was OK for quick overnight stay and gone.

My family of 3 kiddos (4mo,2&5) my kids dad and I (24&23) absolutely loved our stay ( we stayed for almost a month due to no HVAC ) THE GOOD : Nice staff ; although the kitchen lady with glasses could have peeled back away from my family some if my toddler dropped a Cheerio she was right there literally under them cleaning it up, wiping every single thing we touched while making our breakfast and one time even shut my kids dad in the breakfast area … i just feel it is not that necessary. Good size TV Hot water The market is cheap Ac you can control kind of Free breakfast Location Pricing When you walked into the rooms ( we stayed in several ) there was what smelled like an old cigarette smell in almost ever single one and this was a head turner . The one room had mold kind of in the bath area , The towels were toddler and not adult size and there was only about 2/3 small ones of them .

It was a good place to spend the night after an intercontinental flight. Friendly helpful staff. I must say that I found the breakfast pretty basic. What they had was good, but there was not much choice.

We stayed here over the weekend was in town for the football game we had reservations for a jacuzzi room both nights 1st night get there was told our room was not available still charged the price of that room I was too tired to complain after driving! Okay so second night get back there to recheck in was told sorry your room you booked is still not available atp I was livid after complaining so long they magically came up with the room I originally booked so let’s just say if you pay for a nicer room your most likely not gonna get it

I booked the suite only to find it is just a normal hotel room. NOT worth the extra $$. Another guest had the same issue. The photos are NOT correct. They do not have the room listed on this site as a "suite". Very disappointed.

The bath towels had set in stains on them leaving me to wonder if they had been laundered. The room decor was out dated. I don't smoke. Found a card in the room about a $250 charge if anyone smoked in the room. Got ready for bed, and the most disgusting marijuana smell drifted in from the room next door for most of the night. I had to leave the AC fan running to dissipate the smell. The same front staff worker who was lounging upon check-in was at the counter when I checked out I remarked about the marijuana smell and the card in the room, but received no reply or concern. Probably won't go back to.this location.

Nice staff The rooms need updated. They felt dingy because they are so old. The rooms and the hallways had a smell, but they lessened as we stayed. And the breakfast was not good. But the amount of money you save on a room can go towards getting breakfast in the location!

We got a room on our way to SC, because it was very strong storm and raining bad.. then on our way back we end up looking them up we was 2.5 hrs away and we still drove by to get another night there lol because we truly liked it. And it was storm and rain lol again. we loved the place was clean the staff, was amazing and so welcoming the breakfast was delicious from all the places we have been on our road trips ?? This was was by far the best!! 👏👏 kudos to the people in charge thank u for your hospitality.
