Baymont by Wyndham Georgetown/Lexington North

The room was very clean. It had a refrigerator, microwave and a coffee maker. I feel like there could have been more options for hot breakfast.

The positive: friendly staff. The negatives: the bed was very lumpy, there was black stains (paint?) all over the bathtub, the lampshade had stains and the room smelled like someone used a whole can of air freshener in it. This was my 3rd stay here and will be the last.

The room was dark and small and the facilities are old. The room had a smell that charged my allergies. We could not stay and left after an hour or so. The front desk receptionist was kind and gave a refund.

The room was clean and quiet. The check-in clerk was very nice. Breakfast was good. There was yogurt but I forgot to go back to get one.

When we arrived we were informed someone pooped on the pool and it was closed unsure when it would reopen. We were told we could use the outdoor pool across the street when we went over to the hotel across the street we were told they weren't affiliated with our hotel and we couldn't swim there. The ice maker was broke for over half of our stay.

Good sized room. Comfortable beds. Lots of breakfast choices. Excellent staff.

Everything was nice

We stayed here due to our electric being out from a recent storm. Our room was quiet, clean, and air conditioned which is all we needed for the night.

The breakfast was amazing. The room was clean and the bed was so soft.

The place itself is nice. But I did not like the fact that our jacuzzi room’s tub was messed up and they did not care they wouldn’t switch us to another room nor attempt to accommodate us. One would think if someone checked into a room and the jacuzzi didn’t work they would either refund your room or move you to one that does work and in this case we got neither of those things and the first shift check in woman was as rude as they come. Her answer to everything is sorry I will get fired I will get fired. For the place to be so nice I definitely won’t be staying there again due to poor hospitality and lack of caring that there suits are not working properly and refusal to accommodate for the lack of things not working properly. Also you can’t take anything from breakfast to your room. It has to be eaten in the dining area. Which also isn’t listed when you go book your room.The rules the first shift has in place is pretty ridiculous. We are not children if I eat in my room is my business not the staff. That’s why I pay a deposit.

Clean. Nice breakfast. Close to highway. Did not use bathtub/shower. Was awaken to the garbage truck opening gate, getting trash, then closing gate at six am. Also, must have had a sleep apnea jndividual next to us as you could almost feel the breathes taken in and out.

The towels where dirty the bathroom vent was so loud and broke , there was fecal matter in the wall and ceiling and the bedding was dirty and had spots

Great, great staff. Good breakfast.

I got the room to use the hot tub in the room and the jetted tub didn’t work they did nothing about it
