Terrible hotel. Constant smells, terrible sheets, the pocket door to the bathroom didnt work, and the AC barely kept the room cool when it was nearly the same temperature outside

The door knob on the outside of the door was loose. Reported it and it was never fixed. I was told to run a piece of paper through the crack and if it stops, the door was locked. The tv wouldn’t work. Water was found leaking from under the refrigerator and reported that. Someone placed a flip flop in the cookie box in the lobby and the desk staff just laughed and never removed the cookies from it or cleaned the box. Disgusting! I will not stay there again if I am back on that area.

Location Room smelled of Dog, appeared there was dog urine on bathroom door and doorframe. Dog hair behind mattress against headboard. Asked to move room, was told they could not due to 3rd party booking.
