Would have liked it but got booted to their sister hotel that smelled like cigarettes, had rude staff. Reached out to Expedia and they did nothing because they were told by hotel staff that “people usually prefer the other hotel”. If I had preferred it I would have booked there. Could have gotten more stars if the customer service end didn’t suck and everything wasn’t haunted. Also, they gave me a $25 gift card to use in the “bakery”. The lady was so rude about me using it I got a soda and just gave up the rest of the money. Made for a not so great time.

The things we wish to be improved were the water pressure in the shower was not good. We did not want to have to pay for a cup of coffee after buffet hours. The buffet was nice but the eggs were not filled and they were cold.

Very spacious place, rooms were clean and comfortable and had breakfast. Even connected to a restaurant for dinner. In the middle of nowhere but peaceful.

Wi fi was too weak

Went for a basket weaving convention. All was good. Breakfast needs to be kept warmer.

Luckily, the front office woman was very helpful and attentive. Though I did have to pay extra than what was originally pre planned. I am unhappy with that but the room was fine. I paid an extra hundred dollars that I really did not have room to spend.

The hotel I booked was full and had to stay at another hotelwas in poor condition. I am very disappointed.

Very nice rooms and quiet in evening. Breakfast could be a little better. Eggs were very runny and the coffee extremely weak. The restaurants food needs to get improved. Food was not very good. The server was excellent. Food and coffee was bad.

Nice breakfast Since we stayed Thursday thru Sunday, could have changed up the breakfast a little instead of the same thing each day.

Breakfast was surprisingly good fresh, hot and many selections . Much better than most breakfast included hotels we’ve stayed at

Liked the room the staff the property itself very nice the first time I stayed Didn't like when I came back the next weekend Sunday or Saturday nothing maybe it was Friday either way price exceeded double from the first time I stayed same room same necessities same help of people yeah very disappointed just went into look today as we speak now to reserve a room for tonight till tomorrow it says 165 originally I paid $125 for the first day then now says 165 for a king bedroom suite with his ever been all the memories that had last time mind you is 165 now and am I going to book it it jumps up to 203 not happy very disappointed

Location. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. The room is very large and had 2 sinks, which is nice. Pleasantly surprised at how good the breakfast was. They also have a bar and restaurant that is hard to find. The bar tender was very nice. Food was okay. The room itself is pretty run down. Door to room had a gap all around and barely shut. It was loud when people walked by, but it’s not something that would make me not stay again.

The rooms were huge. They had a sink in the bathroom and another one outside of it. The pool was great! It was truly a heated pool.

Place was run down.

Many times we went to front desk and no one was there. They also had free breakfast. It was located at one area, the next day they moved it and never found where that was.
