Me and my wife just want to have a quiet weekend and that’s what we got . We had a wonderful time at the inn and really enjoyed the 1800 scenery and the whole Gettysburg battlefield!

If you are into history, rustic, and good old-fashioned, antique bedrooms, and essence this is the perfect spot for you. The staff is more than kind and made you feel right at home. The room was super clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was dynamite more than enough food to get you through your entire morning and maybe even through lunch! I highly recommend this place. It’s quiet, it’s clean, and it’s very inviting.

We loved this place. So quaint and JD was the perfect host

Breakfast outstanding. It was a place to sit around and enjoy doing nothing, inside or outside. Pres. Eisenhower retirement house/farm nearly across the street. The National military park just up the road.

The staff was amazing. JD and Sallie were helpful and perfect. The property was beautiful and perfectly located. This is my daughter’s 3rd year at Gettysburg college so I’ve stayed everywhere and this is my new favorite.

Breakfast presentation and taste were great
-
Convenient location and attractive The temperature of our room felt like 50degrees- with no thermostat to adjust the room temp. Is there a reason why it was necessary to make it . So freezing cold?

The bed and breakfast offered comfortable surroundings where we took advantage of their outside deck to relax by their fireplace for a glass of wine before retiring. They provided a delicious breakfast every morning. Take advantage of the morning history lesson, we learned a good bit that was not communicated on the tour. The staff could not have been friendlier. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast was so amazing. Excellent in every way. Kudos to their chefs. I didn't like that I didn't spend enough time at the Inn.

Lovely staff. Best rooms are downstairs. Loved my room and quiet patio. Good breakfast. History talk every morning at 9 am. I would definitely stay here again!
