Great place we had fun

THE BREAKFAST BAR WAS GREAT WITH A LARGE SELECTION OF ITEMS.

The place is now called the Aspire Hotel. It looks abandoned and not very nice looking. The inside has several rooms being set up for what looks like a preschool. The room was clean and nice but the place itself, pretty crappy. Breakfast was pretty bad.

- Hotel front desk staff kindly assigned us a room less than 100 ft from the front desk while traveling injured. - Water temperature and pressure were good on first floor. Not so good: - older toilets in room were very close to the ground & I had to help senior family member get up and down. - breakfast milk had lumps in it & sausage links(?) appeared to have been warmed up & saved multiple times. - restrooms & dining area have peeling wall paper & could use a refurbish. - gambling machines in lobby a bit out of place for a hotel in a historic memorial area. Overall, nice staff and nice enough hotel, but unless it is a busy convention weekend (we were there on a slower day), maybe skip the breakfast.

Bad and gross pool area and nobody was at the hotel to even check us in.. we had to walk next door to check in and I wouldn’t stay here again.

Breakfast was busy every day but staff kept up with the demand very well. The food quality was good as well.

In the room we had, the window was hazy from age, the carpet was heavily worn and had a nasty sticky spot that looked like it was from a spill. TV reception was garbled and every surface just felt sticky. Pricing was high because (unbeknownst to us) it was bike week weekend in Gettysburg. Normally this would be acceptable, but not for the quality of room we got. Luckily we only stayed one night to check out the historic sights and travel through. Overall disappointing.

Didn't see the bar/restaurant open during our stay, but it did look like they were changing a few things throughout the hotel. Would stay again.

I liked that it was a few minutes from downtown Gettysburg so it was quiet! But this hotel didn't look like the online pics, it was clean but u can definitely tell it was old! The tv looked like a 32" with a 24" screen! I had to get a housekeeper as soon as we got to the room because we couldn't get the drain in bathtub to plug so my son could take a bath, other than that it was ok.

I wish we would have just declined the room and tried to see if another local hotel had space.

Okay place really outdated and smelly staff is super old and looked confused when asked them a question. The all star complex is closed even though they promote it on site.
-
The staff have been very kind and helpful. There was a very fishy smell in the kitchenette.

The facility was older but had been renovated. The carpet in the hallway of the rooms had ripples in it. The room didn’t have a fan in the bathroom. I thought the room was slightly overpriced.
