As we walked in the building just smelled old. When we got to our room there were small bugs climbing up the side of the shower. I pulled back the sheets from the bed and there were multiple items directly on the mattress like a used tissue, pop tab, and a sock. Wr actually left a night early rather than pay for another hotel.

The beds were great as was the air conditioning. Other than that, the hotel could use a face lift. Bathrooms need work. the hotel was packed full. They should have money to upgrade. Only one person at the desk with line 15 people long. No one at the desk at check out, everyone just thru their keys on the countertop.

We love this place. Great pool. Great breakfast. Eggs, waffles, potatoes, sausage, and more. Had a pack and play for use. We’ve been coming to this hotel once a year for the past 9 years. We will continue to visit ❤️.

The breakfast was OK, nothing special, same every day. However, the bed was comfortable and compared to other hotels, the price was pretty good.

Very old hotel they’ve tried to bring up, without spending anything. The rooms are fine. The WiFi is useless. Several of the amenities in the room did not work. Had to transfer rooms and was put in another room where nothing worked. The game room pictured here is from a long time ago. It’s absolutely nothing like that now. The bar and restaurant have laughable hours and just seem to be open whenever they want to be. The continental breakfast is disgusting. I would stay almost anywhere else besides this place.

When we walked in the front door it smelled. But our room was okay. They have carpet with wrinkles through the whole place. Installation was poor. I tripped on the wrinkles . One morning we were walking down the hallway and the ceiling had collapsed and ceiling tile and Instalation was in a pile on the floor. I told someone at the desk but it was like that for a while before they fixed it. I also played the slot machine and I had up to 13 dollars. I cashed out to switch machine and it only gave me 5 dollars back. I couldnt put ticket in other machine. I had to go to hotel next door to cash it in. Other than that room was clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Pool was small for the amount of people that were there.

The room was clean, the beds comfortable. We liked that the room had a microwave and a refrigerator. The TV did not work very well. I had to push a button underneath the set to turn it on. It did not work with the remote. Breakfast had a good selection. We thought the waffle-making area should have switched with the juices/coffee area so as not to hold up the rest of the breakfast line. Check-in was slow because only one person was working behind the desk. But she was very efficient and moved things along as fast as she could. The hotel could use new carpeting in the hallways.

Clean rooms, poor water pressure and poor AC room was never really cool but many others complained of same. Pool was clean. Staff was helpful but not often present

Arrived one hour early to find an empty lobby and one counter person who would not permit an early check in. We departed and returned 90 minutes later to find a full lobby with several people in line waiting to check in. Room was clean and comfortable but could use an update as could the hotel in general. Breakfast each morning was good and adequately supplied for all. Sunday mornings stroll to breakfast we discovered a ceiling tile had fallen onto the hallway overnight along with blown insulation above it. Went to lobby to check out Sunday morning only to find no front desk staff and a sign instructing all visitors (hotel rooms appeared fully booked based on persons attending breakfast) no staff was available all day Sunday and any issues were to be reported to the neighboring hotel. All in all our stay was comfortable but obviously there was staffing shortage during the time of our stay. If we would visit the Gettysburg area in the future we would consider staying again.
