Clean room and great location

Best stay we have ever had in all our travels. Everyone and everything was so pleasant. Best mattress ever. We slept so well...I want a mattress like that! Staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help with any request.

Zero. My reservation, which was prepaid, was not available on arrival. The Manager did get this straight and gave us a king room, with a fold out sofa bed. He called it an upgrade, but in fact what we had reserved was a king bed with a sofa anyway. The sofa bed had broken springs and could not be used. We used the mattress and slept on the floor. The shower curtain did not even cover the shower space...water spilled out and the shower barely worked. Truly shocked as I have always found Courtyard very good. Going to re-think my choice in the future. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. LOOKS GOOD AT FIRST GLANCE, BUT THE PROOF IS IN THE DETAILS. The only thing goog here was the Manager attempting to take care of us. Good guy.

Check in was not done well. The staff did not seem to know how to do it.

Convenient and clean.

There was no pullout couch when we arrived, and a roll-away was delivered 5 hours later. That actually turned out fine. There was hair in the bathroom upon arrival (that didn't match anyone in our family), a bug on the carpet, and a bathroom floor that wouldn't dry. Even in the middle of the night after wiping it up, there were still puddles of water on the floor. I also woke up with bites on my foot. While the cafe had decent but expensive breakfast options, the fruit was bad/expired and the avocado toast subpar. The coffee was decent. The final straw was going out for a few hours with the do not disturb sign on, only to return to a room that had obviously been entered. We didn't have a chance to check out the other amenities as we left a day early. This property needs a full overhaul.

Clean. Quiet even with a lot of families. Easy location. Kind of weird room layout though.

Very nice staff

Convenient location, employees were super helpful, professional, and friendly. The air conditioner/heating unit did not work properly, could not adjust temperature. There was no conditioner in the bathroom bottle when showering.

Very nice for an over night stay!

The room was clean. On our 2 week vacation, this was the only hotel without an indoor pool and a continental breakfast. It didn’t even have a complimentary cup of coffee as I was checking out. I thought Courtyard was going to be our nicest hotel of the vacation. I was disappointed.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were very clean, and it was quiet. Recumbent bike in exercise room.

it is very spacious and the food from the bistro was excellent! Very delicious and most convenient to carry out and take it to the room.

The property was great location to Gettysburg the shower would not get warm, the toilet was hard to flush, the bed was very hard, and the hotel staff was very rude.
