The Federal Pointe Inn Gettysburg, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Great staff and beautiful hotel.

Booked through Expedia, and when we got there to check in, they upcharged us to double the amount we booked it for. They required us to sign a slip, so we had to pay for it or have no room.

Great location. Loved the historic aspect. Room and bathroom was very large. Had on site restaurant. Staff was very friendly. The water in the shower was a little tricky, but once I asked about it, they showed me what to do. I do wish they had a breakfast option, but we found some places in town.

Can’t say enough about the quality of the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location is very good to walk in to town and a few of the civil war attractions. Beds were comfortable, had enough pillows, and the room had plenty of space. I can’t say enough good things about the quality of the staff. Appreciate the keurig since I drink a lot of coffee. Even one in the hall so that I don’t wake up the rest of my travelers when I make it. Great place to stay!

The hotel was a historic building and prior school that was beautifully maintained. The quaint basement restaurant and pub had outdoor seating and the food was delicious! There were historic photographs throughout that were very interesting. The hotel was close to downtown historic Gettysburg and the National Park Visitor Center and Cemetry where Lincoln gave his address. We really enjoyed staying here.

Large rooms! Bed was comfortable! Location was close to things but not in the center of town. We were on the side of the building that was by the road so we did hear some trucks and motorcycles go by but we were both very tired so we were still able to sleep just fine. Overall it was a cool experience to sleep in a hotel like this one!

Location was Fantastic and the staff was very helpful and customer service focused. I want to especially Thank Nicki and Josh for their assistance. They both made our stay very special. Well.... we stood on the 4th floor with a number of stairs to go up... Ugh! But that's where Nicki offered help me carry my bag to my room. I appreciated that so much. Josh... Best Bartender and Waiter server we've had in awhile... Thanks to you both.

Great stay for a couple days in Gettysburg. Staff is great and rooms are very clean. Bar area is also cool with a lot of old pictures to look at

The young man, Caleb welcomed us in the lobby. His personal tone during the explanations was fantastic. He had information about pub, restaurant and artwork upon the walls. The history about this facility was extraordinary. The beds were comfortable and shower was hot with force. The size of the rooms made us feel like royalty. Nothing
