Arbuckle Lodge

The room had a layer of dust over everything. We had a kitchen which was not supplied . We use a hand towel and wash rag to do dishes. There was no soap for the dishwasher. We had stated here before and it was great. Not this time. Also we were charged for 6 people which was correct but we were told that they were out of sheets and pillows for the pullout couch. We should get a refund.

Has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

The suite was perfect!

The room was really nice the staff was great everything about the stay was really good

We thought the room was clean until we discovered the shower wasn't cleaned as the bar of soap from the previous visitor was still in it and the shower gel dispenser in the shower was empty. The coffee maker in the room didn't work...had a code to clean it & no directions how. Other than that, it was a large, relatively new looking place.

Nice place, easy to find. Staff was great. Good breakfast the next morning.

The hotel was very clean but very shorthand ed, asked for clean towels in the morning came back early evening, still none, called down to see if we could get some, staff was a bit rude about it, and the same breakfast every morning never switched up. At check out waited over 10 minutes, the staff said be right there but after 10 minutes and still never came we just left our keys and left.

I’ve stayed here many times Wonderful Hotel. This time my 4 year old granddaughter was traveling with me. Once she entered the hotel she was thanking me for taking her to such a beautiful hotel. The breakfast is wonderful. The rooms oversized. On a 5 point scale this is a 6!!!

Everything about the property was excellent. Your constant insistence on a review is annoying.

This is a very nice lodge-type hotel that is comfortable with its wide hallways and warmly decorated lobby and rooms. It's pretty close to a restaurants.

We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.

Very nice property. Overall the room was clean, however the wash cloths were grey stained - they needed to be replaced or at least bleached so they would look white again.

My only drawback was the gym was kind of just OK... not great, but if you don't workout great place

This is a very nice hotel for the price. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. I discounted one star because the room smelled like a wet dog, and the breakfast was....well, horrible doesn't even describe it. It is NOT a buffet. Just a chafing dish with powdered eggs, biscuits and the nastiest canned gravy you ever tasted. No meat whatsoever. The juice was watered down and undrinkable.

Great place to stay.

Great lodge vibe, rustic and comfortable lobby with a fireplace!

A very nice hotel on edge of Gillette, wy. Good breakfast and room was nice. The pool and hot tub was great.

Wow! This was such a nice room!! We will stay here again if we are in the area.

Property was clean. Pool area was great. It was pre

Our room was very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. My husband had never seen one with biscuits and gravy. Interior main room attractively decorated.
