We were only here for one night and didn't use the pool, but the room was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the desk clerk was friendly. There is an interesting exhibit of coal mining equipment across the street but in general the location is not walking-friendly and you'll need to drive to get to restaurants.

Night shift elderly lady was phenomenal (slow, but great) Morning receptionist was bitter.

We always travel to Gillette and this was the first time staying here and we were pleasantly impressed. The rooms are very spacious and the pool area was clean. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was spacious and cozy. However, there were a few things that caught our eye - dusty lamps & puke stains under the toilet bowl exterior. Ugh. But overall, it’s a really nice hotel in a nice location.

Staff was pleasant but could have offered to reimbursed us partial payment for the condition of the room. I would not stay there again as it was not cleaned thoroughly. Shower curtain dirty, ironing board cover dirty and could easily be replaced. Body wash dispenser didn’t work and the towel rack was too far away from the shower/tub to safely reach it.

My only concern is the mattress was not comfortable. It definitely felt they needed replaced, there was a very significant dip where it felt worn. Otherwise the staff and accommodations were great!

This was a fantastic place to end up in Gillette! They are dog friendly rooms were fantastic and staff was so helpful! The buffet breakfast was above expectations. Everything was a great experience and I will always stay in this hotel when passing through this part of Wyoming.

The phone in my room didn't work. Two of the light bulbs were burned out in the bathroom. The body wash was completely out so I had to ask for a new bottle, and change the dispenser myself. I wasn't aware that housekeeping doesn't come by unless you request it which normally isn't an issue, however I ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to request some. The breakfast was the same every morning, which after day 3 I grew tired of. Wish they would have changed it up a bit even if it was just switching bacon and sausage every other day rather than just having the sausage as the protein option every day. Great location to the Cam-Plex if you are there for an event though! You can walk there rather than driving and trying to find parking.

Our stay was great. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was well stocked and very clean. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely recommend.
