Room was clean, staff was friendly. Bathroom configuration was odd, toilet paper dispenser was out of reach while sitting on toilet. Also, there was no fan in the bathroom to get rid of steam build up while showering.

Someone sure let the ball drop on breakfsst. Hardly any choices. Attendant was apologetic but we had to go elsewhere.

Our room was not well cleaned: we found a dirty paper plate on the bottom shelf of the nightstand, crumbs in various places and hair in the bathroom. Then breakfast: it was disappointing. There were no eggs... when I asked the attendant about it she said they were busy that weekend and ran out (this was Tuesday)... and I said I could go to WalMart and buy them eggs... but she just shrugged. WTH? The biscuit was mushy and the gravy was salty gross, the sausage patty was almost raw and there was no fruit at all. We grabbed the last 2 yogurts at 7:30 a.m. and no more were put out for others. The coffee ran out and there was a long lapse until more was available. The hotel was not very busy, so it seems like they just weren't trying very hard. I chose this property because of the reviews, but it did not live up to expectations.

Our room was not ready when we tried to check in at 4:00 (check in is said to be 3:00) which is not a huge deal, I understand they were short on housekeepers. Our room was clean for the most part although the bathroom was not very clean, there was someone else’s food in the fridge, and the bunk beds were so wobbly we thought it may break. Most of the staff was pleasant and helpful.

Great place to stay. Pool and gym were great. Safe location. The breakfast wasn’t the best but everything else we really liked.

The desk clerk was friendly, efficient, helpful, she started our stay out in the most positive way. The room and bathroom were spacious, clean and had a relaxing feel. Beds are comfortable. A great night's sleep The pool and Hot tub area are sparkling clean and spacious. No charge for washers or dryers, they even have 2 tide pods and a dryer sheet for $2.00 available. Breakfast was outstanding. The entire lobby is welcoming and several guests, including us,sat and visited it read. Plenty of seating, no rushing.

Young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Two bedroom suite was very roomy, furniture is nice. Room did have a slight smoke smell and the shower curtain was past due for replacing. Overall fine, we would stay again.

We were stopping just for a night while passing through on a cross country road trip. We had our 1 year old and elderly dog. It was a great stay!!! The pool was great the rooms were super clean and everything was well maintained. Very welcoming staff and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend!!!

I asked for a first floor room when I made the reservation as my mom is in a wheelchair but when we got there, there were no rooms on the first floor available. We were placed on the second floor, which was fine until it wasn't. The next morning, the elevator was not working. We had to wait over an hour to have the maintenance guy manually "fix it" as the elevator company would be there anywhere between 8-12. We didn't have time to wait as my mom had an appointment in Cheyenne which is 3 1/2 hours away. The staff were friendly and apologetic, offered to assist in any way they could.
