Run down. Ceiling vent was falling down. Towels all had stains. Old and outdated.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. They always greeted us with a smile. Their excellent customer service truly made our stay more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable with all the amenities that we need. (Microwave, mini ref, coffee maker)

Good location. Felt "not wanting to get under the covers".

Room was not clean. Finger nail clipping was on nightstand. Crumbs were all over the chair. Line of scum in the toilet. Will not return to this place.

Price#1. Bed was comfortable. It was an older property but clean. I was in the back. There were no streetlights but there were recessed lights. It felt a little shady but my car was intact when I got up. The ac was not cool. I didn’t like the carpet feel to my feet so I wore Crocs

For relatively small fee I could bring my cat in room. Microwave and refrigerator didn't work in our room but staff immediately relocated us next door so hassle was minimal.

The staff was excellent. Super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable It was full of crackheads. Lots of people living there. It didn’t feel safe.

We are always happy with our accommodations at the HO JO in Gillette. Lexii at the front desk was very helpful. The breakfast offering was significantly different from previous years.

Was able to park the car right outside our room and enter externally without going through the hotel. Great water filter to fill up water bottles in the lobby, great price and location Breakfast options were limited, small breakfast room

I love being able to enter from the outside for easy unloading The locks were a little finicky

The toilet was dirty or stained, but it looked dirty. It was the right price though for just an overnight stay.

Only stay here if you are only going to stay one night and are on a very limited budget: the rooms are in need of repair - peeling wallpaper, rust/leak stains, dirty floor ... and I wasn't made aware on checking in that there isn't daily service: I had to go to the front desk on my 2nd night for towels and another ice bucket bag. Also, my room faced the train across the street that runs throughout the night, and the other side of the hotel is the highway, so don't plan on getting a good night's sleep.

Maintenance wise was also poor because the phone and clock were broken, door lock broken and bathroom had the side of the mirror broken. It was also very dark in the room without lighting in the ceiling.
