The hotel was clean as well as the rooms. The rooms were cleaned daily and linen was picked up and new placed in the bathroom. The only problem I had was finding the hotel, it sit back and signs are no where to be found

We found everything to be very comfortable; staff was friendly and helpful. We would stay in this Inn again if we were in Gillette.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The entire place was clean. Room was inviting and clean. Had an assortment of hot breakfast choices. Pool and hot tub was nice. I feel that the hot tub tile could use a good scrubbing around the top edges.

Friendly staff greeting when we arrived. I had stayed at the same location multiple times and had always had a great experience are very clean and they have a very good practice as well.
-
No coffee in the room. It’s a long way to the lobby from the 3rd floor with your hair all crazy and your pjs on. I miss coffee in my room.
-
Great hotel and staff, decent breakfast. They did have a ripped off carpet due to a leak which was a bit of a bummer, and I think this caused our room to smell a bit.
-
The rooms and all the facilities were exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was wonderful as well. We stayed here for a family trip and highly recommend it!

The room was very clean and the staff was great!

The mattresses were pretty bad. We stayed at the Marriott ABC theirs was fine. If you are sensitive like I am to sleep, my husband and I woke up with a pretty stiff back and neck (I bring my own pillow everywhere). Also, their version of queen size beds is not the same as I've experienced elsewhere. Additionally, no coffee maker in room. However, Breakfast was amazing and staff incredible!
