Needs major updates

The breakfast was great. The room wasn't terrible but you can tell it needs a upgrade for sure

They didn’t have hot water for an entire day.

Went to three dirty rooms before finding a clean one. Building had no AC or hot water for days. Broken appliances, holes in walls, carpet torn up. Whole building smelled of sewage. Manager was not accommodating to myself or Hotels.com staff.

No hot water and no air conditioning for starters

The hotel rooms were beyond filthy and for the first time ever I actually went right back down and canceled my reservation for the night and went else where. The girl working the counter was great though and I appreciate her help in canceling my reservations.

No communication. Did not stay there

The lady at the front desk was extremely nice! But our room not so much good left in the fridge, really stained bath and pool towels. Some kind of cheese looking sauce all over the tv stand/dresser and the wall. Won’t stay here again

The hotel was outdated, stained carpet, wallpaper peeling off the walls, no a/c, one of our rooms the hair dryer was broken, one of our rooms the toilet stopped working and the room above the shower started flooding, the hotel refused to move us, we ended our stay early, checked out 12 hours early and drove home during the night.

I had stayed there before on Business when it was a Ramada Inn. It was fine then, good location, nice pool and a good restaurant on site. This time as "The Eddie", there was no remote for the TV so it was worthless. The bathtub and sink apparently had not been cleaned for a long time. The tub was filthy. No way was I stepping into it for a shower. Finely, the air conditioning in the room was not working on the hottest day of the year. When I told the front desk all this, they were sorry and said they would tell the manager right away and he would get back to me. Never happened. I definitely will never stay there again.

No air conditioning allowed us to cancel. Frustrating situation. Had to find another hotel. It yook three tries.

This property is currently a bait and switch property. The photo they have on the app of the inside of the hotel looks beautiful with a pool in the center of three levels of rooms with nice wood finish. It doesn't look like that at all and it's completely run down and the carpet has holes in it with giant areas that need to be stretched because it's coming up in places. The air conditioning did not work and it was a hundred outside. The pool was like 85° so that wasn't going to help. It looks like there's a hot tub in the picture but it's really just a one foot Kitty pool, gross! The room is completely run down probably the worst room I've ever stayed in. Bugs in the bathroom and rust around the drain the lights in the bathroom were hot and just above your head and didn't fit into the ceiling properly. The faucet had zero water pressure and really the only good thing I can say about this place is the ice machine worked and the staff was nice.

The property is in decay. Trying to “rebrand” it by changing the name is useless. Airconditioning not working properly and barely cool (100 weather). Staff put me in a different room, but same problem

No air conditioner place is just run down unmaintained

Room was quiet, and I definitely appreciated that on the 4th of July.

No wifi, no AC. Cleanliness and issue.

No showee curtain, breakfast staff was rude, when you flush the toilet it would make a loud noise, hot tub wasn't working

It is not the Red Lion's fault, but Expedia kept selling rooms that were not available. I never actually got to stay there. There were 3 separate guests behind me with the same problem. The staff was EXCELLENT and HELPFUL to get my money back.
