Toilet was filthy, shower had stains, carpet stained , sheets were yellow. Probably the most disgusting hotel i have ever checked into. We went somewhere else 10 minutes after seeing our room. Mind you I am not a picky person at all.

This hotel desperately needs an update. The furniture in our room was worn out, shower looked dirty and Formica counter in bathroom was chipped. The carpeting was very old and did not feel clean. Street noise was heard in our room.

The lady at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation and so we had to turn around and find another hotel. Not very fun. Also the exterior looked gross and sketchy.

The hotel needs repairs. Changing hands, pool was not working, hasn’t had a fitness center in years, carpets are old and dirty and most everything is dated.

A/C didn't work. They did try to find us a fan, but ultimately did not find one. No other rooms were available.

They didn’t have hot water for an entire day.

Went to three dirty rooms before finding a clean one. Building had no AC or hot water for days. Broken appliances, holes in walls, carpet torn up. Whole building smelled of sewage. Manager was not accommodating to myself or Hotels.com staff.

The hotel rooms were beyond filthy and for the first time ever I actually went right back down and canceled my reservation for the night and went else where. The girl working the counter was great though and I appreciate her help in canceling my reservations.
