We never had shampoo, although we asked for it, and our room was never serviced. We found out they only usually service rooms on the weekends (catering to local workforce), but that was only spelled out when we asked. Even then, we were never given extra towels, and again, never got that shampoo. In terms of overall cleanliness, the rooms were ok, but there were chicken wings in our trash, and grease marks on the side of the sitting chair. The side door looked like it had been shot out - there was literally no lock, and with the room key access we had, we had to wonder who else had a master key. I tried to address issues with the front desk, but they were not available (even left a sign - "be back in a little bit" - after waiting 20 minutes, they had not returned). When we asked if we could leave early, the front desk clerk became verbally combative and was not the picture of customer service. We left early and were not refunded for our last night. Overall, 1/10 stay at the Wingate.

Clean room staff friendly. Breakfast ok nothing fancy. Air worked great but didn’t need it much. Toliet drained slowly or you needed to flush several times to get it to go down.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Room was spacious. Pool and spa need a deep clean. Side door latch is broken, doesnt lock. It was not made clear that there would be NO maid service for 3 days unless requested. Only a problem when we needed trash emptied, more soap and Keurig pods, which was addressed when requested.

The staff at the Wingate were the most awesome most people around, the hot tub was really good, the beds were super nice. The breakfast was awesome if you're going to book a if you're going to book a hotel book the Wingate in now it is probably the best hotel we ever stayed in.

We didn't eat breakfast. We were gone by 530. When I arrived, the person behind the counter told me. I couldn't use cash to pay for my room. And I didn't like that. I don't like using credit cards. And the beds were so hard, they were almost like sleeping on the floor.
