Garner Hotel Gillette South by IHG

Very affordable and a fun place to stay with our kids- they enjoyed the pool/waterslide very much. Many nice updates and breakfast was good. Not a 5 star hotel but for the price it was a great option - very happy with our stay. Staff were very kind/helpful.

The water features were fun for everyone. Breakfast was good.

This was the perfect stop to meet our grandkids. The indoor waterpark was really great. We rented a queen suite to accommodate the grandkids. The Waterpark had something for everyone in our party. We had a 3 year old, a 6 year old, and adults.

Loved the extra space in the suite with the door that closed. We didn’t get a chance to try any amenities as we arrived pretty late in the day.

She would not come or send anyone to replace. My grandchildren were soaking wet, and I could not leave them unattended. Numerous other patrons had the same complaint regarding no towels.

Very clean and quiet. Pool area was a huge hit!! Also looked like it would’ve had a good breakfast but since that area was full when we went down to eat we left. They definitely need a bigger breakfast area.

Another over priced mediocre hotel. The "water park" was lots of fun for the little one. The hot tub was out-of-order. The "breakfast" was a joke. At the room rates they can afford to offer up bacon, waffles and full size muffins.

Rooms were clean and modern. Waterside were fun at the pool. Nice lobby and breakfast area. Andes mints at the front desk :)

Very noisy

We picked this for final stay of summer vacation in Yellowstone after camping. Arrived in time to use the pool that was open until 10pm. Kids loved the water slides. There were not tubes for the lazy river. There was no oversight in the water area so some teens were a bit rowdy. The breakfast was EXCELLENT, clean and kept well stocked.

A welcomed reprieve from camping on our western bound family road trip, this hotel was clean, well managed and the breakfast did not disappoint. The room was clean, well managed requested a room in a more quiet section. I am leaving off one star because the waterpark shared between this hotel and a next door hotel was operating without any lifeguard or staff supervision which is disconcerting given there were teenagers using the slides without waiting and my small daughter got clobbered coming down the slide as a result. Another kid walked around shooting ppl in the face with a water gun. I’d expect more from a franchise hotel.

Clean rooms and breakfast. Elevators were dirty.

We stopped here for the night as a family of 6 on a road trip. It was a great way for everyone to get some energy out after a day of driving and get some good rest

We loved our stay here. Our grandkids thoroughly enjoyed the waterpark/pool areas. Such a great place for families to gather. The pool area exceeded our expectations. We will go back. The breakfast area was busy and crowded. However, the food was good. It is not a big area. Staff had trouble keeping up with pool towels but these are small things.

Our room was large and clean and there were plenty of amenities. The pool was wonderful and a huge hit with the kids. All of the staff was very helpful.

I wish that the water park amenity would have been more transparent about being available for public use as well. It’s connected to another hotel for use, but the public can purchase passes as well, and so that was a bit of a bummer with the clientele. Otherwise, the room and staff were great.
