Great experience at this hotel everything from check-in to check out only thing I have any issue with is lack of parking since it’s shared with the other hotel I had to park a long ways away from the door

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Kids loved the pool, although one day there were 2-3 birthday parties going on and there weren’t any towels left. And one slide was shut down. But other than that, the pool was great! My family really enjoyed our 3- night stay and would definitely stay there again.

Beds are comfortable. The gal at the front desk was very awkward. She was playing on her phone every time we walked by. When we asked if we could purchase laundry soap she didn't know how that worked and said we could leave a gratuity. (I've never tipped a hotel staff member for laundry soap. The custodian staff was amazing. They worked very hard and kept things very clean.

I loved everything. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. My kids had a great time. There were not enough towels stocked in the pool. The pool is between two hotels, and only one hotel supplies the towels. So there was a large shortage of towels in the pool which lead to us using our room towels.

The room was spotless and comfortable. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool and water slide was amazing. Definitely a good deal for the money. Awesome for families.

Very comfortable beds. Bathtub needed some maintenance. Breakfast didn't have a lot of options .

The continental breakfast was actually really fresh. Plenty to eat. Unfortunately, the location is sort of tucked back out of view from main road. Wasn't sure i was in the right spot at first.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows worked well for us and the breakfast was pretty good for a free hotel breakfast.

Elevator was working on and off, carpets on the entry stairs were filthy, room extremely small for a suite, coffee in entry was decent though it said it needed cleaning, so loud through the night with running in the halls and pounding, water park needs major updating- spray area was FREEZING for little kids.

We booked this for one night and the waterpark. Overall the property was well kept but could use an update. The waterpark was spacious, but busy with parties. One of the water slides was not functional. Staff were nice on check in, but a little odd on check out. The lady seemed preoccupied or didn’t know what she was doing. Pleased with the stay.
