Check in was easy, the bar connected was a nice touch. Slept easily, and was a very quiet property! The pool was sooo clean and refreshing after a long drive! My dogs were cozy too!

Very helpful front desk and clearly the housekeeping is doing their job. Property itself needs some TLC and maybe a face lift. It was stinky like former smoking room or maybe ppl smoke in the casino and then bring the smell into the room.

I DROVE AWAY ! Signs posted after I checked in about dog crap in front of building, warnings about any pot smell in hallways law would be called. Someone had puked on sidewalk. Room air conditioning was set on 60 room was at 81 degrees. I walked back to desk left my room key and drove away. DO NOT RECOMMEND . NASTY !

The best thing about it was the lovely older lady who checked us in. Our room needed A LOT of work. Curtains didn’t close properly and were broken(hanging off in certain places) the window wasn’t closed properly and I had to slam it to get it to close. The rust (maybe water damage) on the roof of the bathroom. The desk chair sat crooked. Best thing was that it was cheap, but you get what you pay for.

First room we got wasnt cleaned so they put us on the 2nd floor and the room was dirty the shower head was carroded and the sink whater came out white.

Somebody knocked at the door at 9:45 AM. I was just about to get in the shower. The curtains were open she could clearly see that my clothes were strewn on the bed. Then I heard pounding promptly at 10 AM above my room. I tried to call the front desk. No one answered. I banged on the wall and asked them to stop. No one responded. I tried the front desk again. I had originally reserved a king bed and was switched to two queens in a nastiest darkest back alley room they had. They certainly had better rooms available and I reserved one. Weird because they were not full. I don't understand the lack of hospitality. I understand having an older motel as I did manage one for quite some time. A lot can be done with a smile in good hospitality. Your place could have a much better rating with just a little bit better attitude from your staff.

Overall it was good and a budget friendly experience I like that the restaurant was right there with good food

Not much to look at from the outside, but it’s everything you are looking for when traveling through. A nice, presentable Lobby, really friendly staff and clean rooms.

As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite being designated as a non-smoking room. Even worse, there was a strong odor of animal—or possibly human—urine coming from the carpet and bed. Having to smell urine every time I turned over in bed was absolutely awful. The bed sheets were wrinkled and stained. In addition, the hot tub was missing its drain stopper, so it was impossible to fill it with water. The walls were also very thin; I was actually awakened in the middle of the night by the sound of the person next door using the toilet. The low room rate was certainly a benefit, but unfortunately I would recommend spending a few dozen dollars more and staying at a different hotel. That said, I was very satisfied with the courteous and helpful service provided by the front desk staff. I understand that I agreed to a non-refundable rate and therefore will not be requesting a refund. However, had it not been a non-refundable reservation, I would have seriously considered asking for one.

Price Lack of cleanliness and communication. there were two dimes and a used zyn tab on the carpet when I first got into my room in very obvious/noticeable places which tells me they clearly did not clean the room. And good luck trying to contact them, neither their phones nor their email works, but they won’t tell you that until you get to the front desk itself and see the sign taped to the desk that says phone lines are down. They also won’t tell you that it’s apparently now a “cash only” pet deposit, and then tell you that the ATM (without any signage or anything indicating it is out of order) that is right there at the front desk doesn’t work either.

The day temperature was in the upper 90s. The air conditioner was on and the the room was comfortable.
